“The best matcha latte I’ve had in a while. Smooth easy and just a great way to start the day. The breakfast tacos are solid too. I’ve been coming here since the day the opened so I have seen the evolution of the place. Overall consistent. Good. Staff is always working hard to keep up with the popularity as it grows. Haven’t had a whiskey yet. That’s on the list next time.“

Their bartenders are top-notch and can school you on the different choices of alcohol they have to offer. They are a complete VIBE and get a 10/10 from me. But this is just my opinion. “This Place is great. I travel for work and stay at the Hilton/Park Cities where this Bar/Restaurant is located. I'm in town twice a month for a week at a time. The bartenders & Staff are exceptional. Mark and JD are always welcoming and take good care of me. This feels like my second home. The food is great, this place has my favorite fries in the world. They also started doing Prime Rib on Thursday's. It's a smoked prime rib, tender and juicy with a salad and side. Oh, I can't forget the warm rolls with whipped cinnamon butter. My favorite was the Duck Fat Whipped Potatos. The portion of Prime Rib is huge! For half the price of a Steakhouse Prime Rib, this dish will make your mouth water. Come grab a drink & stay for a bite to eat, you can't go wrong. ​“

“I love me a pub and this one did not disappoint! The place was pretty packed, but they were able to seat us right away! It was sort of loud, but that's what I would expect from a place like this! My friend and I tried a few dishes which were pretty tasty and they had a solid drink menu as well. Would definitely recommend if you want a chill night at a local pub!“

“The Cowboy Ribeye was excellent! Perfectly medium rare, juicy, melted in my mouth. The Braised Short Ribs tender and flavorful, although could have used a little more sauce. Bread Pudding and Chocolate Lava Cake were delectable! Service was great, smokey Old-Fashioned was very tasty. Would recommend!“

“I don't know what everyone is talking about with these bad reviews! We have been coming to The One for years and it's always a blast. Whether we come in on a weekend night or during the week we get the same service. Andrea & Chase are so much fun and always friendly! The bar is very clean and I have NEVER witnessed any form of racism. That's ridiculous thing to say. Seems to me that the 1 star reviews are mostly from people acting rude and entitled. Go to The One, give it a try. You won't be disappointed.“
