“Went to this location as a first-timer and I have to tell you, I have never had a fast food experience as awesome as this one, ever! The food was incredibly fresh and hot...like straight out of the fryer hot. I had to let mine cool down a bit before eating it, but you can't get fresher than that! The chicken was crispy, juicy and very well seasoned. (Note: The Carolina Reaper is not for the faint of heart. Unlike other places that simply name a mild or watered down sauce 'Reaper,' Hot Dave's uses ACTUAL Carolina Reaper powder. I have to admit, it caught me off guard so much, that I had to take it down a notch to the 'Extra Hot' flavor, which was absolutely perfectly SPICY, spicy and flavorful.)

You can tell that the GM, Rodney, really cares about his restaurant, employees and level of service because the restaurant was spotless, bathroom was super clean, the employees especially the cashier (Marley) was incredibly friendly, welcoming and patient (for us 1st-timers.) I was also surprised to see Rodney wiping down tables and checking on the customers, asking, 'How is everything? Everything good so far?' You only see that at VERY few fast food restaurants. (You better watch out, Chic-fil-A...Rodney's coming for you!)

“As my first time here with my best friend, it is definitely different as I try to explore more places to eat at. I ordered the galbi chicken wings which were moist, tender, and a slight kick as an after effect. We also ordered the bulgogi pizza. It’s delicious! Different sauce and flavor combination that I would not have thought to use, which isn’t bad. Just different. I would come back again and tell other friends about it.“

As soon as we selected a table Sandra came over and without hesitation placed down two placemats for my kids. She provided us with wipes and checked in on us as we ate. “Food and drive thru are always great but customer experience was lacking today. Had a good size carry out order for the office today and I FAILED to check bags before leaving. Arrived back at office, unloaded the items and delivered the contents to all 9 staff members. Once complete and all empty bags were disposed of, I was missing 3 cookies. Most days not worth the trip back, but I didn't want to fail this employee that ordered them. I returned and advised the manager. Manager walks down the line and gets cookies while discussing something with another employee. On his return, I was advised that the employee was certain they added the cookies and that "this time" I would be allowed to have the replacement cookies. A solid implication I was not telling the truth. Any common sense by someone that's entrusted to manage an office of that scope, it's unlikely a customer is going to take food all the way back to their office, give an office full of people their food, let their food get cold and come back to con Chik Fil A out of 3 cookies. Chalk it up to a busy afternoon lunch rush. The cliche customer is always right is not always the case by any means, but management should be better prepared to avoid implying a customer is lying under these types of circumstances.“

We all know the score, everything is expensive and most normal folks have less spending power these days. It affects everything, not just fast food. But that doesn't change the fact that NO chicken joint is so good that the higher prices are 100% worth it. So if my docking the star on a Google review somehow qualifies as an act of rebellion (which is not really my intention), so be it.“

“To be fair, I've only dined in here about twice since I moved to the neighborhood in 2017. But, I do go through the drive thru at least 3x a month. The drive through service is great. I'm always greeted, they are always cheerful. I don't recall a time where they ever got my order wrong or forgot to give me something.“

“🤷 I was just told by the drive-thru attendant that they no longer do curbside service at this location the reason I was given was that they just didn't have enough curbside business. I used to do curbside business here with them on a pretty regular basis. This is very disappointing. Chick-fil-A needs to re-examine. Curbside business model. Ugh🙄“

“I use the mobile ordering and pickup here. Never had an issue and the orders are out pretty fast. People will block the mobile pickup line sometimes if they are in the wrong lane. That gets annoying. Overall a good location and close to me.“
