“I had the pleasure of dining at Lazy Dog recently, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home. As for the food, the quality was top-notch. Each dish we ordered was not only beautifully presented but also bursting with flavor. The menu offered a great variety, and we found something to satisfy every palate at our table. From appetizers to desserts, every bite was a treat. Lazy Dog offering a relaxing atmosphere, fantastic service, and outstanding food quality. It's a place I'll be returning to without a doubt!“

“We only had an appetizer, so I can't say how the meals are. However, the drink I had? Stellar. I had Hendricks & tonic, just the right combination. Delish. Our server, don't recall her name, was wonderful. Very pleasant and attentive. The atmosphere? Really relaxed. I wasn't sure what I was walking into, but jeans and a sweater was more than enough. “We live in the area, and whenever we want to walk to grab breakfast, we stop at Zest. The breakfast entrees are always so fresh and healthy, and the coffee is perfect, too. I've had the Spinach and Chèvre Omelet, the Farm Egg & Cheese, and the Farm Egg & Avocado Toast, and there have been no misses. And I enjoy the small light arugula salad that comes with every entree, too. It's a nice, refreshing touch. Will come back, and often! (Oh, and don't miss the little coffee shop addition in the back, for quick bites and sips!)“

The wine selection? 🍷🔥 Phenomenal. Smooth reds, crisp whites, and bubbly that makes you want to cheers with strangers 🥂😄! I got a flight of reds and was blown away by the quality — especially for an airport spot! 💯🍷💯

The staff? 👏🏼✨ Incredible. They’re knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about wine 🍇❤️. They walked me through the tasting menu like I was royalty 👑 and even gave food pairing tips that took everything to the next level! 🍷🧀🍇

And don’t even get me started on the food menu! 😍 I had the artisan cheese plate and the margherita flatbread — SO GOOD I almost missed my flight… worth it though 😂🧀🍕.

“First time ever here and all we can say is, Why is this not open in the Houston area?!?!! (Cypress please!). We were in town for a concert and just happened to find CAPT when looking to make a reservation. Soooooooo glad I found it. All four of us fell in love. The Pig Pizza was amazing! The crust was absolutely perfect, may be the best pizza we've ever had. Our friends had the Veggie on Cauliflower crust and said it was terrific...but after trying our Pig pizza, they also agreed the crust was amazing and prob the best they've had. The HH Old Fashioned was delicious! It wad a perfect balance of sweet, sour, bourbon. The artisan tonic water they used in the voda-tonic made all the difference apparently cause it was just soo smooth and tasty. Everything we had was fantastic. And not to be left out, the service was outstanding. From hostess stand to waiter to bartenders, top notch. Pleeeeeeease open one in Cypress! This is a must have,, anytime we are up in the Las Colinas area from now on.“

“I recently had a wonderful date night with my boyfriend at this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the hostess and promptly seated. Our waiter, Jacy, was amazing and helped us choose our cocktails while explaining everything on the menu in detail. When our food arrived, it was absolutely delicious. I’ve never had such a perfectly cooked medium-rare steak. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place!“

I went with the Vegan Patty (freshly made in house), w/cheddar cheese, crispy onion straws, ketchup, lettuce & jalapeño chutney on the side. It was Effing PERFECTION! I got the chicken cordon bleu, and it was tasty. The potato leek soup was good, I like mine with a lot of pepper and little more salt, but it was good the way it came out.“
