“I ordered the Vegan Harvest Ramen and the impossible dumplings. Everything was really good, though, I’ve realized I’m just not a big fan of impossible meat. My mom (non veg) also ordered the vegan harvest and enjoyed it just as much as I did. Updated from previous review on 2024-11-16“

“Absolutely love the vibe inside this place, it feels like an outdoor setting, surrounded Japanese buildings!
The food and service (Lynnze) were excellent, we've been wanting to try this place for a long time!
Sooo good!!“

“Zizi serves the best ramen I’ve ever tasted. I had a chance to try the Tonkatsu at Zizi food stand inside Cali Saigon mall as they are hosting night market during this weekend. They probably served only one kind of ramen at the market. But omg the broth was heavenly flavorful. It tasted just right, rich, and not too salty like many ramen places I’ve tried. Too much sodium is not good for your health and imagine that’s soup so it packs a lot of sodium. I rarely write reviews but this one is definitely worth it. Would like to try other dishes they serve at the restaurant. No picture as my toddler could not wait and ate half of my bowl😂“

“Had a fantastic meal at Ramen Hakata! The Okonomiyaki was crispy and delicious, with squid inside, and the grilled squid with mayo sauce was a perfect complement. The ramen and udon were both tasty, but my friend found the Yuzu Shio Ramen a bit too strong for their taste. The cool weather made the experience even better, adding to the cozy, welcoming vibe of the place. It’s in a great location near the mall, and the friendly staff really made us feel at home. Highly recommend!“

“Food and service were awesome. We showed up late thinking they were open another 40 minutes but they were shutting down the kitchen in 10. We never felt rushed and the food came out amazing.“

“We had the #1 Ramen, the meat combo plate and a bulgogi sticky bun. Everything was phenomenal! My daughter loved the glass noodles, rice and bulgogi meat and asked if we could come here all the time 🤗“

“Dear diary, I don’t think words are enough to describe just how delicious this was :) This was real Japanese ramen, rich and flavorful. The noodles were something else entirely, not just regular pasta. They truly delivered on what the menu promised, and it even exceeded my expectations. Thank you, guys, for being so delicious :)))“

“Easy to find parking. Inside is clean. We had the braised beef soup and dry chicken noodle bowl. Both were very tasty! Great flavor and not overly salted compared to other restaurants. The wontons in chili oil hit the spot and a great price too! Will definitely come back. Shout out to the sweet ladies who took our order. :)“
“This restaurant is located within the Mitsuwa supermarket’s food court. The decor includes stylish Japanese-style paintings on the walls, which add a cool ambiance. We ordered the tonkotsu ramen and soy sauce ramen. The flavors are more localized for the American palate compared to authentic Japanese ramen, with the tonkotsu being mild and the noodles softer. While it’s not traditional, it’s easy to eat and fits well within the context of a food court.“

“First time here. I enjoyed the atmosphere, music, and wasn't too busy.
I ordered the Classic miso with chicken thighs...mild
I was about to order medium...mild was just enough spicy me......really good flavor.
Medium maybe would have been too spicy.
I wish the temperature of the broth was higher though....it came very warm...not steaming but warm enough to eat...just wish it was abit hotter.
We Ordered also the pork belly sticky buns.
1st time having sticky buns.
Wow...won't be the last...really good experience.
We will be back.“

“Tried JC Kitchen tonight. Amazing food! Ribs were thinly sliced and falling-off-the-bone tender. Slightly sweet and definitely savory. Dumplings had a light spice kick to them. Even the miso had a complex flavor to the broth. Will definitely be back!“

“I'm disappointed in the price. the sushi combos don't come with anything else besides just the sushi and I think for the price they should come with maybe a small side of fried rice or salad or something. The sushi combo A was a California roll and 10 pieces, some of the fish was chewy and the shrimp was low quality and the fish was cut really small - like cheaply small (as in, trying to save a buck small). My husband had the tonkatsu ramen and he said he has tasted better ramen in College Station which is hard for me to look past since College Station is definitely not known for its food. We ordered to-go New Year's Day, so perhaps the food was heavily influenced by the season and day. The restaurant itself was cute and picture-esque.“

“Visited with a large group—and were easily accommodated. Warm and inviting dining area. Waitstaff was friendly, and efficient.
We ordered several rounds of small plates.
Gyoza—this was the best gyoza I’ve ever had. Thin and crispy, with pillowy, well seasoned chicken/pork mixture. We started with one portion and ordered two more. I should have had them for an entree too.
Karaage—very juicy, well seasoned. We also had the spicier chicken, and dipped the Karaage in the sauce—very good.
Spicy Tonkatsu—no spicy. Very light broth. Pork was so juicy and addicting. Eggs cooked well. Noodles a very good texture and mouth feel.
Husband had ramen in San Fran, and wanted it back home so we’re happy to find this place. Will return for the gyoza, but husband mentioned the ramen he had in SF was better, more flavorful, and he prefers a thicker noodle.
Bathrooms here were atrocious. The walls were filthy.“

“A good place to have a quick bite or quick lunch inside a grocery store. You get a pretty decent portion for the price and its so worth it. Most of their items are under $15. I got the beef over rice (the one in the bowl) and a beef bulgogi bento box. For about $13 these came with the sides and the soup. Yum!!“

“Delicious “fireside cooking” or Robatayaki in which items of food on skewers are slow-grilled over hot charcoal. Liver, hart, tongue etc. the fresh items, Sashimi and Sushi are excellent as well. Wonderful services from owner and her staff. Sushi chef’s are excellent prepared sushi at the bar. Love cozy atmosphere as well.“
