“This place was take-out only. Not sure if it's always like that, but be aware! You can put in your order ahead of going to save time standing around. Lots of options, decided to go for the 5 taco plate with a variety of proteins and a birria torta. Fair warning, the torta is messy, but it's damn good! The tacos were full of flavor and disappeared quickly. They had a lot of shake options, but I didn't end up trying them. Would love to go back at some point when I'm in town again.“

“I live in Tyler and will drive to the Dallas area and go out of my way to eat at Mama Vickys! the food is always amazing! Fresh and will burn your mouth! I bring food back to Tyler everytime I come for family. The best part is the smiling faces of the owners everytime we walk in the door. They are kind and strive to make your experience Excellent every visit!!!!“

“We stopped in at Torchy’s Tacos and decided to sit at the bar, and I’m so glad we did! Our bartender, Victoria, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and just fun to chat with. She made us feel welcome right away and had great recommendations.
I went with the Peg Leg (beer with a shot of tequila) and their legendary queso—both were spot-on. The queso was rich, creamy, and loaded with flavor, definitely worth the hype. My wife had a margarita with a tajín rim, and it was perfectly balanced with just the right kick from the tajín.
The vibe at the bar was lively but relaxed, and Victoria made sure our drinks were never empty. Overall, great food, great drinks, and stellar service. We’ll definitely be back!“

“I really like the tacos from this place. They did a great job with their taco combo plate. Their marinated pork was super good with pieces of pineapple in it. I did not care very much for the quesadilla was a little too greasy for me overall, I would recommend this place. It’s pretty quick and really nice people who own this place“

“Visite este lugar en agosto 2,2024 con mis amigas y quedé encantada con el concepto del lugar. Es como si estuvieras pidiendo tacos en un puesto callejero en México. El personal muy atento, entre el bullicio de pláticas se crea cierta camaradería entre el personal y clientes. A veces hay línea pero avanza rápido. Los tacos muy ricos y las salsas no se diga. Regresaré pronto a probar los churros y las bebidas 🍸“

“At the Grapevine location in Harvest Hall, this was the best stall option out of the few our group tried. My gluten-sensitive husband ordered their daily special of loaded fried that were topped with steak, shrimp, and lobster. The garlic aioli was a bit strong, but tasty! It was a bit pricey, but so were all the other stalls and at least at this vendor you get lobster! See the picture in the comment!“

“Plano Babes in Business had the most amazing time supporting local owner Tim at Burnt Barbecue and Tacos!🔥🌮 The food was absolutely delicious — we especially loved the potato salad made from his grandmother’s recipe. How cool is that? Tim shared that summer tends to be a bit slower with everyone busy, so we were extra glad to be there today to support him and his awesome team. It’s a great reminder that we can all make a difference by showing up for our local businesses. “We drove an hour for the Christmas pop-up event with our family that came to visit from MD. We loved every bit of the experience. The food and drinks were amazing! Connor, our waiter could not have been better! He was such a sweetheart and was so amazing dealing with our party of 11!! 10/10 recommend!!“

“I’m from San Antonio, so I’m pretty picky with my taco spots, but La Ventana surpasses all expectations. Staff was very friendly, margaritas (get the pineapple habanero), and food (tacos, queso, salsa, elote, and tostadas) was fantastic!! Highly recommend & for sure will be visiting again!“
