“The ONLY place I trust the food will be good every single time. I’ve been going for years and it’s never not been packed. Doors swinging open every second with to go orders or people wanting to dine in.
I usually go on instagram to see what new special a they’ve got!
Everything is FRESH and flavors are so good. You’ll be in a food coma once you’re done.
Also, the customer service is top notch. Super friendly and helpful, never rushed.
To go orders are double checked right in front of you.

“My family and I went to Siempre Natural on Jackson. It was our first time going. The restaurant was very clean and the table was clean. The cashier was was very nice and helpful great customer service. Mickaela was nice and sweet lady. I would love to go back to that Siempre Natural on Jackson. 👍😁“

“First time trying them and I'm genuinely surprised, they're packed compared to a well known popular chain, I got chicken(#26 with provolone) all throughout the sub, veggies are chopped WITH CARE which isn't common on most subs out there or something people pay attention on, I do. Everything tasted fresh and I'm definitely going back. I didn't get his name but a guy with glasses and wavy hair made my order so thank you! I got a regular size and I'm STUFFED 💯“

“This was my first time visiting and I'm so happy I did. The food was fresh and delicious. The restaurant was very clean and service was fast. Everyone was very courteous and welcoming.
The atmosphere was very relaxed and cozy.

“Hello!! I couldn’t find a comment section (may have missed it), but I wanted y’all to know what an outstanding job your crew in Edinburg is doing. My husband is a vegetarian and after years of looking for a vegetarian hoagie- we found you ❤️ We almost never grab “fast food”, but gave y’all a try. LIFE CHANGING. I am not exaggerating. I’ve gone from cooking every night for my husband , but now he asks me to hit JM’s. The Portobello hot one is his fav. Oddly enough, being from Philly, I love the Philly Cheesesteak. Only thing that would make it PERFECT is an Amoroso bun. But, that won’t stop me. A young man named Aiden makes the best! I’m sure that you’re hungry after reading this dissertation, I rcmd EVERYTHING ?“

“Love this place. I love the fact that you can buy, pick two options, a half a sandwich and a salad for dinner. Super awesome! Prices are acceptable for the pick two options. I always get the the club sandwich with Caesar salad and the small tea and I pay less than $14“

“Placed an order on the app and it was ready immediately. The food was delicious as always and made how it was asked. That may seem like a small task but I order a CRAZY sub with some weird instructions and they absolutely KILLED it.

“Perhaps if not the most important thing about an establishment is the professionalism and attentiveness of the of the staff , this 5 stars go to the manager Mr Rodriguez . He’s always greeted me smile and make me feel good walking into this store . He’s very professional and knowledgeable about the product , always providing and excelling in customer service!! “Amy and Camila are always friendly and patient with my order, as complicated as my order may be lol theyre very sweet ladies,; very attentive and fast. “I ordered Tuna footlong with mayo, oiil & vinegar, spiinach, shredded cheese, cucumber, onions, bell pepper, pickles, salt, pepper, oregano, parmesian cheese, toasted on Italian Herb and Cheese. Sandwich artists made my sandwich perfectly, it was absolutely delicious and satisfying. Employees are very courteous and helpful, it was a very good Subway experience. It is very clean inside, organized and chips & drinks are well stocked. Bathrooms were nice and clean. There is also a drive thru at this location. Subway is located next to Synergy Solar and Acclaimed Auto Service. I got a coupon in the mail for a footlong meal (sandwich, chips, and drink) for $8.99, too good to pass that up. I brought my side chick with me, and we shared the meal, fun afternoon date.“

“Ordered 2 subs but the card machine wasn't taking my gift card, even though I had just checked the balance not even 15 minutes before. The employees were very polite and patient with me as we worked to get the issue resolved. Their service and patience is definitely worth a 5 star review as good customer service is hard to find nowadays!! (and the subs had all of the correct toppings and tasted great)“

“Have been to many subways all over texas but by far my all time favorite is this subway. The store manager is a great sandwich artist and does an EXCELLENT job. I order through the subway app often and pick up in store and she always goes above and beyond preparing and labeling the sandwiches. The subs are always extra toasted as requested and they always taste phenomenal. Many thanks to the staff and management at this location for having pride in their work and consistently producing great, well made subs! Definitely recommend visiting this location!“

“Been here a few times and service have been good. BUT when a guy manager with glasses amd tattoos is behind the cashier, he acts rude, makes excuses every time. Been wanting to give a second chance but this is thw last one. So long Alamo subway unless they remove him and out someone with good morals. Not recommended when he around. He will make your day bad.“
