“Been here a few times and service have been good. BUT when a guy manager with glasses amd tattoos is behind the cashier, he acts rude, makes excuses every time. Been wanting to give a second chance but this is thw last one. So long Alamo subway unless they remove him and out someone with good morals. Not recommended when he around. He will make your day bad.“

“We brought a group of about 15 parents and kids to Jersey Mike’s right after a basketball game. The store had 2 people working the counter and already had four customers when we walked in, and I immediately thought, “This is going to take forever.”
To my pleasant surprise, the two young team members working the counter were incredibly efficient, well-organized, and patient with our large group. They handled everything smoothly and kept things moving.
We ordered the Club subs, and they were excellent — as always. Jersey Mike’s consistently delivers great sandwiches, and this visit was no exception. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was truly outstanding.

“Placed an order on the app and it was ready immediately. The food was delicious as always and made how it was asked. That may seem like a small task but I order a CRAZY sub with some weird instructions and they absolutely KILLED it.

It is very clean inside, organized and chips & drinks are well stocked. Bathrooms were nice and clean. There is also a drive thru at this location. Subway is located next to Synergy Solar and Acclaimed Auto Service. I got a coupon in the mail for a footlong meal (sandwich, chips, and drink) for $8.99, too good to pass that up. I brought my side chick with me, and we shared the meal, fun afternoon date.“

I order through the subway app often and pick up in store and she always goes above and beyond preparing and labeling the sandwiches. The subs are always extra toasted as requested and they always taste phenomenal. “The manager could use better communication and problem solving skills. She is very dismissive of her team. She had one worker cleaning windows during the lunch rush, one cutting meats and the other working counter and drive thru alone. She was walking back and forth and was asking the worker at the counter of the status on the bread and he tried to explain and she said ok give me a second yet SHE didn’t help and sent the other male worker outside to work on windows when they had a line and drive thru and inside. The female seemed to be a new worker and was getting “trained” yet did not know what she was doing, not her fault.“
