My husband suggested we visit Mi Cocina, as it is conveniently located near our residence and had received a 5-star rating online. We arrived around noon today. Our server, Jairo, was helpful in recommending a dish, which proved to be delicious, featuring a combination of various appetizers. The food was warm and served promptly. Jairo also suggested drinks, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff consistently displayed friendly smiles, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Jairo and the staff deserve a 5-star rating from us.”

The fish and chips with jalapeño hush puppies are delicious. The burger is outstanding. Can’t say a bad thing about the food. The beers. WOW!!! The brewers are mad crazy inventive with the beer. I did a flight of 4 for $10. Limited myself to just the 4 because I had to drive. If I hadn’t been driving. I probably could have tried another 8, they all sounded so good. Good thing I don’t live in the area cause I’d probably go broke eating lunch and dinner every day”

“WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Our entire order of 5 turned out amazing. I’m not kidding you. Our party had a couple of picky eaters and even they loved and enjoyed what they ordered. Ok so we ordered the the bruschetta sampler, three bruschetta styles one style was topped with the butteriest filet. I ordered the chicken limone, it was the juiciest chicken filet on a bed of garlic mashed potatoes topped with the perfect lemon caper cream sauce. Definitely will be back very soon!”

“I ordered an online lunch order and when I arrived it wasn't ready but I was a few mins early so I didn't mind waiting.They ended up running out the chicken I ordered so they let me sub an item. In addition, the manager who greeted me when I arrived refunded me my money, gave me a free drink, and let me know I was eligible for employee discounts. THIS is how you customer service!! I'll be using that discount a lot! He deserves an award”

“We had hummus and pita bread as an appetizer. The pita was hot, freshly made, and the hummus was delicious! We had a grilled sirloin steak, veggies and rice, and grilled lamb chops with veggies and rice. The veggies were steamed and fresh. The rice had a wonderful flavor to it. We will certainly be back, and highly recommend it. The atmosphere was great, as it is a converted two story house. Our room was simply decorated with pictures and well designed color scheme.”

“My family and I have frequented this restaurant for over 15 years. We usually eat at the NorthPark location, but decided to take a chance on the Allen location for my Mom’s birthday this year. We had a large party, for which we reserved a week in advance. The food was great our server was attentive, and did a remarkable job!
The only problem with the night was when John the manager came to our table and began to take plates out of the way, at first we thought “great out of the way” then he came back again and in a rude way said “you folks need to wrap it up because we have other parties to sit”. I understand that there are more parties, but the way you approach people matters, and at the end of the night I am a paying customer, trying to enjoy a special night. Don’t rush me out.
We had arrived at 5:30pm and waited for the whole party to show. Food was served by 6:30 and by 7ish he was telling us to “wrap it up”.
My family was very disappointed with the treatment he gave us. I expressed some frustration when exiting and fortunately Kenny a manager approached me and asked what was wrong. I explained the situation to him and he made an attempt at getting John to explain himself and apologize for how he came off, but no. Kenny apologized for John since he wasn’t a big enough person to do it himself.
Anyways, this place did a great job with promoting Kenny because people like John will ruin 15 years of great experiences in a heartbeat.
Thank you Kenny for being attentive and caring. Hoping to continue to make more great memories alongside my family at this place in the future, and hoping Kenny is there or moves on up the ladder! Can’t say much for John though.”

I drink unsweetened iced tea, and she brings me a new glass of tea before I have even finished the one I am drinking. Everyone is so friendly! The food is great, and if something is wrong with it they quickly replace it. This has only happened a time or two, one of which was my fault for not ordering correctly. In spite of that they still graciously replaced it. I can't recommend this place enough!”

“I stopped in for breakfast since my hotel breakfast was unappealing. They happened to have a $5 deal which included a breakfast Jack, 3 French toast sticks and a hashbrown. So I got that along with an egg roll. Everything was very good and an excellent deal as well. There's no JITB near me so I stop in whenever I get the chance and they never disappoint.”

“I came with my kiddos during the weekend lunch rush and received the best customer service I’ve ever gotten at any McDonald’s. I ordered thru the app and accidentally selected drive thru instead of table. The manager said it was no problem, helped me, and personally got my order ready super fast. We had a girl come to our table to see if we needed anything and throw trash for us. Every employee we encountered was so polite and welcoming.”

Standing room only inside however we managed to get a table and gave ours to an older couple when they were walking in as we were done. All of the employees looked to be younger and they were all so friendly, all had genuine smiles and our service was excellent with a very small wait time. Great job!”

“My sons and I came here this past Saturday and it was top-notch! First off it’s incredibly inviting and the staff is very kind! I ordered Mickey Mouse pancakes for my sons and they had such a kick out of it, but the pancakes were very delicious! I ordered a caramel latte with the chicken skillet bowl. Both were packed with flavor and it left me wanting to come back for more! Thank you, Sofra for being the best spot to dine in Allen Texas for breakfast. Asked for Ice water, got ice in a cup and then was asked if we want water in it. 🤦‍♀️ then the fried chicken was not completely cooked and two of the servings were cried bones and no meat. “When this location was first opened, they could not do anything correctly. But since January 2023 they are great! I always order on the app and pick up inside. They have gotten my order correct every time. It's not always ready when I go in to pick it up, but that's okay. As soon as I tell them the order I am picking up, they fix it right away with nice hot food! This place is way too close to my house. As a result, I go there way too much!😋”

“When I first walked into Puregreen, I was welcomed by a happy and lively atmosphere. Inside, there were comfortable areas to lounge in. The vibe was on point! The menu looked delicious, satiating, and healthy. The straws were even made from renewable resources, showing that the business is environmentally conscious. The staff was sweet and friendly.
