“You can get a consistently good meal here. The heater was blaring in the bar area where the hostess seated us. No server came after 5 to 10 minutes, so we asked to move to the dining room. A waitress came by immediately, and the temperature was better regulated. I love the booth size and privacy at Cheddars. It's easy to have a great conversation! The Spinach Artichoke Dip was delicious, and the chips were warm and crispy. The Monte Cristo could've been cooked longer, it was doughy. The side Cesar was fresh and had delicious dressing.“

The food is always good, though it can be slow to arrive (last Saturday, we were the first to arrive but waited 30 minutes for our orders). We also requested that the music volume be lowered, as it was disrupting our group's conversation, but we were told the manager does not allow that. One consistent bright spot is Abbie, who's worked here for 5+ years. We won't eat here if she's not on duty.“

The meat Patty was extremely thin and small, surrounded by an ocean of breading that effectively doubled the apparent size of the serving of meat. I do not feel it was good value for the money, and this will absolutely affect my decision to return to Norma's or not in the future.“

“Today was my first time trying this place! I had a 50% off promo on Doordash and was really craving a chicken salad sandwich, but I didn't have the ingredients or time. It was so delish! I loved the sandwich and cookie and my toddler really enjoyed it too! I love how the meal is served with an extra scoop of chicken salad, crackers, a pickle spear, and a cookie. I will be returning.“

Then the food and drinks: Absolutely delicious! my ribeye was perfectly cooked and seasoned, the Brussel sprouts, deviled eggs, sugarbacon, asparagus ,and spicy pimento cheese were amazing! Forcing us to use their monitor/computer to order. No choice.
Issues:
1) how many people touch that screen?
2) how often, if ever, do they clean that screen?
3) you eat chicken sandwich and french fries with...your hands.
4) order screen does not enable QR code scanning for rewards.
5) order screen forces you to enter email and phone #. People are all behind you staring at your private information.
6) difficult to even find what email address you used to sign-up.
7) difficult to find what phone # was used to sign-up.
8) it's as if they really do not want us to participate in the rewards program.
9) It is not convenient, takes too long and makes for a frustrating experience.
10) I use technology everyday. Just because you CAN does not mean you should.
11) we prefer to support people and jobs.
12) The only way humanless ordering will make sense is if it is completely touch-free, private. Audio would be a start.“
