“It is better to go before 4 pm on a Sat. Service was not up to par. Asked for Ice water, got ice in a cup and then was asked if we want water in it. 🤦♀️ then the fried chicken was not completely cooked and two of the servings were cried bones and no meat. Out of 4 pieces only one had meat. Asked for something else and the manager was not pleasant at all.“

“Service was as I expected. They offered numerous Food options. They accommodated separate checks for our group which consisted of two couples and one single. The Crussaunt appetiser was VERY FRESH and I highly recommend it. Kudos to our waiter for allowing me to replace French fries with a more healthy salad.“

“This place was awesome. The food was great. Customer service was on point. The crawfish was delicious and fresh. Highly recommend coming here to try. We had a group of six people to seven came around dinner time. The sauce and the crawfish was at 10 at 10. Will be coming back thank you.“

“First time here and the chicken salads did not disappoint. So many options to choose from. The cranberry Kelli and the classic carol were tasty and flavorful. Got both sandwiches on croissants that were airy and fresh. You have to try the grape salad….you won’t be disappointed! Each meal also came with a small cookie which was a perfect way to end the meal. If you want flavorful chicken salad, you must stop here! Layla enough“

“I visited Daqs & Oxtails for the first time during their Soft Grand Opening on 5/30/24. I love the vibe of the place. There was plenty of parking with indoor and outdoor seating. There was no hot food ready to purchase during my visit but I did buy the in-house banana pudding, hypnotic lemonade, Cake Daddy’s chicken salad, and the “Voodoo” flavor daiquiri. The servers were pleasant and professional, and the items were priced as I expected. Of all the items I purchased, the banana pudding was my favorite. I will definitely be returning to this spot for some oxtails, greens, yams, and cornbread soon! This spot is worth checking out!“

“1st time dining there. So thankful we were able to get reservations for our large party. Service was fantastic! Attentive and friendly staff. Then the food and drinks: Absolutely delicious! my ribeye was perfectly cooked and seasoned, the Brussel sprouts, deviled eggs, sugarbacon, asparagus ,and spicy pimento cheese were amazing! We were trying each other's dishes and they were all tasty. Cocktails were great! Will definitely come back and will also recommend.“

“I cannot thank your staff enough! I regrettably placed an order for an early Thanksgiving meal for 25 people at another establishment, but it never arrived as scheduled yesterday. I called your store and your staff was eager to help! Within 45 minutes we had food for 25 people, including an array of delicious sides. Thank you to everyone on the Cowboy Chicken team who contributed to saving our holiday feast yesterday. We have always loved your store and your food but now you certainly have a regular and loyal customer for life! Keep up the great job!“
