“I went in and spoke with Ithiel and wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted. He kindly let me sample a small piece of fajita before I made my purchase, which really helped. I appreciated how he walked me through the menu and took the time to help me decide. I would love for every H-E-B employee to be trained the way he was. “Last Monday I went to get my normal spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and the young man I the front was extremely kind and professional, his name was Quinto and he was really attentive. The food was delicious and overall everything was excellent.“

“I had the best customer service experience today. I went in for a few groceries, when I made my way to the produce I was trying to find bananas to my preference. An employee by the name Pedro helped me out and took it upon himself to pull me a fresh bunch from the back. He let me know if I needed anything else he was there to help. “I really enjoyed taking my sons to chic fil a. I'm from. San Francisco, California and we don't have any of these restaurants there. So, I was finally able to see what all the hype was about. I don't remember the name of the salad I got but I was delicious. My salad had chicken, cranberries, walnuts and a delicious balsamic dressing!

I also really enjoyed the fact that after they ate my sons could go play in the play place and burn off a little energy before we headed home fore the night.“

“My first time trying popeyes, right off the bat I wasn't a fan of the fact that the food is just out in the open but I'm pretty sure thats just something they do at all locations. I eventually get my food and as I'm eating my fries I got one that just tasted putrid like grabage, I had already left the establishment but that was one thing that threw me off. Honestly the food was good it was just that fry that made me feel sick :( I spit it out when I got the taste I'm thinking it's because they're just out in the open, the fries get clumped up together. “I have a churches restraunt near my house on griffin... either I'm missing part of my order, or they will not let me order a family meal all thighs half spicy half original, or my chicken is situated with oil like it's been sitting in the greace for a few hour or chicken taste like its been re-fried because they don't want to make you a fresh batch of fried chicken.... I go out of my way to visit Churches Restraunt on 905 bus. 83 in Mission and they treat me right!!! “This Chik Fil A was quick with the food and it tasted delicious. The only main issue I had was that when I arrived at 6:00 pm both my wife and I were going to place separate orders, two registers were open. When one opened up, my wife went to it. Once the other register opened up, the employee walked away and I didn’t have anyone to take my order. The main issue I had is that there was about 4 or 5 other employees just standing there talking, two of them with blue shirts who I’m assuming are team leads. I ended up having to wait until my wife was done ordering to order from the same register. No sense of urgency from the other staff.
On another note, employee Antonio who was on the floor attending the customers dining was extremely helpful, and dedicated to serving the diners. He was kind and attentive.“
