“Love the drinks, they have so many options that their competitors don’t really have, unfortunately they sometimes severely lack in customer service. They are never rude, or disrespectful, but they simply do not look like they don’t want to be there sometimes and it will reflect in the way they talk to you. This isn’t an all the time occurrence but recently it’s been something that is noticed.“

“I love coming to dutch bros after a mall trip. The workers are always so fast and attentive when taking orders. I come so often Meredith already knows my order and is so sweet and polite when asking questions, and she even makes small talk. The service is so quick as well even when they’re backed up. I 10/10 recommend.“
“New favorite coffee place! Finally tried it today, and it is crazy good. Coffee was fresh and on point, and the entire staff was so nice and friendly. Got the Cinnamon Roll with oat milk. Would have taken a pic when it was full, but it didn’t last long enough lol.
Sorry Starbucks, and I stopped going to Dutch Bros after one of their staff left this 7 Brew a nasty and uncalled-for negative review. Competition is one thing, but to lie is intolerable.

“It's a great place for coffee and matcha drinks. For the first time I tried one of their refresher drinks and it was really good. It's only temporary because it's for the world cup drinks they are offering. Service is friendly and honest. Will be going there as often as I can during the summer.“
“Tried it out for the first time and coffee was great! Ordered a vanilla bean latte with almond milk and it was delicious. There are milk alternatives and cold and hot options. Will be coming back to try one of the cold options! Customer service on point!

“This is my favorite location of Scooter’s. The staff there is always so sweet and talkative. They’re so attentive and helpful! I grab a Caramelicious from here every week <3. The red-bull infusions are amazing as well. I also really enjoyed the maple waffle sandwich! It’s the best quick bite place I’ve ever been to! They also offer catering <3!

“But not the drive-thru... it's always been a good restaurant, but the morning drive-thru is disappointing. It took 32 minutes for a sandwich, I had to move to the parking lot and go in and get it. (The sandwich and coffee were good, but cost $13.10.)“

“Delicious and high-quality ceremonial matcha with one of the best recipes in the RGV! I like how they have a variety of flavors, milk (special mention: pistachio milk), and sweeteners (my favorite is agave). It’s entertaining to watch the matcha baristas make the matcha in front of customers.
Place is ideal for ordering take out or short-stay only so you can’f stay long to hangout.
This place is always packed whenever I go, and waiting time is 10-15 mins whenever it is packed.“

Right now (summer 2025), they have some kind of new cup, new red lid situation going on that’s very much a reminder of sippy cups and that’s kind of a little much especially for a coffee shop in a university setting (or anywhere else for that matter). “I have visited this location a few times. The drinks a generally pretty good. It's always clean with comfortable and inviting interior.
The service is hit or miss. This time was a miss. It appears they are often understaffed with one person running both drive-thru and walk-in customers, while also making drinks. This leaves little space or energy to be cheerful and friendly it seems.
I had a large mocha Voltage Chiller. It's a good size serving. It wasn't overly sweet.“

“Esta dentro y en la zona de comida de Target, es pequeño en tamaño pero cuenta con todo lo necesario incluyendo venta de artÃculos que promocionan la marca y café en grano para llevar, entre semana sólo hay una persona atendiendo esta sucursal por lo que en ocasiones tendrá el cliente que esperar a ser atendido y a veces las mesas no están muy limpias. En general una buena actitud por parte del personal que la atiende. Hay espacio suficiente para circular con sillas de ruedas.“

“I went through the drive thru to pick up my order (which was a blueberry blast shake) and was not disappointed. They offer an assortment of healthy additives that you can add on such as protein, multivitamins, etc. The drive thru attendant was a friendly and professional individual who quickly chatted about Star Wars (a huge favorite topic of mine) and provided my order promptly. Great, clean environment from what I did see from the outside.“
