“Kelly our waitress was so sweet and friendly!! I had the Tiger Roll.....delicious!!!! She kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. We even got a complimentary scoop of ice cream for our first time there. We are very blessed to have a great restaurant like this in the Alvin area. I highly recommend them!!!!!!“

“I am leaving 5 stars because my review has nothing to do with the business itself. I’ve not eaten here (although my daughter keeps asking to) however, if I were to be served by the employee I just waited on at the restaurant I work… I probably would just leave. It’s unfortunate that she chose to come, eat as much food as they did and as a fellow restaurant employee still not leave 1 penny.“

“Been here a couple of times and let me tell you guys that I have never been let down. The food is always amazing! The fish and other ingredients are very high quality and always taste so fresh. The owner, Chef Ruben, is highly skilled at what he does and offers the best customer service ever! Every time I come, I always feel welcomed as a long time friend. If you're ever in the area or need a quick pick-up, I would highly recommend this place. Being completely honest, I think I prefer this spot over an actually restaurant, it's so yummy!“

“Everything here is great! Steak hibachi, Steak teriyaki, red snapper teriyaki, yellowtail, salad, miso and so much more. Fresh & light sauces to compliment dishes. Great iced tea, too. Very attentive staff makes this the best complete Japanese restaurant around.

“I had a friend visiting from out of town, and I wanted to find a nice elevated dining place in Clear Lake. Luckily, I found Masa! To summarize my review before it begins, Masa is now my destination if I am craving sushi and Japanese food. The atmosphere was elegant, which makes it stand out from other surrounding sushi restaurants. We started off with cold sake and Ahi Poké Nachos, which were crispy and delicious. My friend and I split Sushi Combo C, which features 20 pieces of assorted sushi with California and Spicy Tuna rolls. The sushi was very fresh and skillfully made. The Tamago was freshly made with the traditional chopstick method. This was the best sushi I have had since I dined at Nobu in Las Vegas. Our companions had the chicken katsu Bento Boxes because they wanted an assortment of things to try. The tempura battered shrimp and vegetables were lightly crunchy and delicate. After dinner, the four of us had a round of Ninja Drop martinis, which were tangy and sweet. The owner, Michael Zhou (pronounced "zjoe"), came over to say hi. He encouraged us to try one of his favorite items, the Ahi Tuna Tartare, which was spectacular. To finish, we had a couple of bottles of hot sake alongside some yummy mochi ice cream. Our experience was amazing. Our server, Jordan, took great care of us, and we all had a great time. I was looking for an elevated experience, and I got exactly what I was looking for and more. I can't wait to eat here again and try other things on the amazing menu!“

“Was fresh delicious didn’t have to wait long for food or to be seated. Friendly wait staff. Clean atmosphere I recommend everything. And if you don’t understand the waiters will help you. Five stars hands down. And the price for the all you can eat sushi is perfect and they have a separate price for all you can eat sashimi and sushi too.“

“The food is really, really, really delicious..... Everything my wife and I have ordered has been hot and fresh.... My wife loves the ramen here, she's had both the Miso and Tonkatsu pork ramen and loves them both... Me on the other hand, love my special sushi rolls, and here my favorites are the Angry Dragon roll, Yummy roll, and Chameleon roll, the Angry Dragon has a really good kick to it... The spring rolls are delicious, the egg drop soup was good, the house salad was great, and the karaage chicken was hot and fresh.... Definitely found another great Japanese dish spot to eat at... This place is great, almost anything you try here will be great.“

“I really enjoyed my visit to this restaurant. It’s nothing greater than spending your hard earned money and the experience is so satisfying. The food was so fresh, seasoned and flavorful. We ordered the hibachi chicken, beef, and shrimp. A little tip for any first timers, all the beef offerings were delicious and tender, you don’t even need to splurge on the higher grades. The grill chef was excellent and we really appreciate his showmanship. My only drawback was the cocktail offerings and the service was a bit slow.“
