Customer service is top notch! Their app has been down for a couple of days yet they matched the app deal for 1/2 off Valentines Shakes through today! Well done for putting the customer first! ❤️
It was quick but food was old.
Person taking the order didn't listen to what we were saying. Had to ask questions a couple of times about our order when it was clearly stated. Not sure if they are new or what...we didn't get any ketchup or napkins. Common sense would be to atleast give napkins when u have an order to go. If company policy states otherwise, yall should change it!

Sonic Drive-In is a well-known spot in Amarillo, consistently serving fresh and hot food despite being busy most of the time. They offer a variety of options, including excellent wheelchair accessibility features like ramps and the ability to order from your vehicle. The menu items, such as the Super Sonic Cheeseburgers, are cooked to perfection, and their tea is always refreshing. The staff and management work hard to provide excellent service, making it a great place to dine with family or on your own. However, recent reviews suggest that the service quality may have declined, with longer wait times and occasional issues with order accuracy.
