“I found this restaurant on TikTok. It had excellent review. However, I arrived at the restaurant at 9 AM and did not receive my brother until 10:03 AM.. I thought for a minute why would take it so long to order simple pancake breakfast and blueberry waffles. Everything came out well except my Sister food came out cold - blueberry waffles so they have to redo her blueberry waffles. The waitress Aaliyah was excellent. Very sweet professional and a great personality always smiling. The Service of getting the food needs to improve - an hour is too long.“

“We eat regularly at the Kingwood location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They recently added coloring sheets for the kids and our girls really like that. The restaurant has a always clean and tidy.“

“I’ve never felt so compelled to leave a review for a fast food establishment as I have with this one. I’m currently writing this as I finish up the meal I just purchased from here and let me just say, I’ve been to many Hartz locations and this one is by far exemplary compared to all others! The food was fresh and hot, great portions, no hesitation with giving condiments, great communication, short wait times on food, and to top it all off… the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS DEFINITELY THERE! I had absolutely no incentive to leave a review nonetheless this kind of review other than just being that satisfied as a customer, thank you HARTZ!“

“The BBQ chicken is so good! When you dip or pour the fresh salsa that goes with your meal, it's so yummy!
You can eat it with mash potatoes and gravy, or the rice soaks up the gravy, and you just want to eat more!?
It also comes with titiyas wraps, that you can create a burrito, then dip in the fresh salsa! It's yum-hmm good!???♥️
You gotta stop by and give it a try!“

“Princess wanted Mac n cheese and some fries. I have yet to stop by this one here in Crosby, but there was maybe 6/7 cars in front of me but they handled it swiftly. I also grabbed some Mac and a spicy chicken sandwich, both werw pretty good and the employees were AWESOME!“

“This is some of the worst service I have ever had I was ordering through call I tried to order a Caniac combo with a box combo with the kids meal for my three year old son. His name is Geraldine. Yes Geraldine you got a problem with it. Take it up with my manager B word the point is this was some of the worst service I’ve ever heard she had the audacity to hang up on me while I was ordering my food if I ever catch you lacking in the street is on site little girl.“

“I travel for work all the time and this is by far my favorite chick fil a. they are SO nice and never ever get my food wrong. you never have to wait for long even if it is really busy. literally 10 out 10 I love going to this chick fil a. Every single employee always greets me and talks to me while they are preparing my food which I love. if I could call the ceo and tell them about the kingwood location I would because it is that good.“

“Earlier this afternoon I was getting a to go order for my wife and went inside ...I get the food....and go back to my truck...and my battery had died....after standing outside with my hood up and cables out.... no one approached me....until one of the store directors....i can't remember his name ....but he came over and asked about the problem and then said he had a jumper pack we tried but failed, but he pulled his truck around and we hooked the cables...within a few minutes...she fires up and I am back on the road shout out to him....he needs a raise 🙌“

“They were super busy, the food was not up to par, but it was tasty. I approached the manager and told him that i felt that the food could have been a better quality for being the dinner rush. They quickly gave me a refund but also stocked the steam table with fresh food. Their service is awesome and their quickness to fix the situation was very fast. I appreciate this and will be returning because they were all very friendly and amazing.“
