“Every taco bell I go to is the same. Hit or miss on food quality or service. Today I made a mistake and ordered incorrectly on the app. The nice lady told me not to worry about it, wrote down the right order and I got it a couple minutes later. Nobody's stomach is meant to eat Taco bell consistently but if I could I would at the Athens location. I appreciate the quick fix on my lunch break!“

“Went thru the drive thru, ordered same order as usual. I always ask for them to put the coleslaw in a separate bag from the Chicken. No one likes hot coleslaw...I was there at 535pm. Orders and drive thru moved fast.. she was super courteous, and..Coleslaw was bagged separate as requested...That is only Second out of about ten times it happens.. receipt shows Empl.1. Reg 2. “Half the ordering pla es turned in to pick up parking slots. Ordered the footlocker chili dog. Cold meat almost hot chili. Sonic has got to get themselves ba k in the fast food game. Wait too long to take order. Then wait for almost total. Old food.“

“Work graveyard shift, every Saturday morning & Sunday morning eat lunch there. Always same order, burger, fries & small drink. The burger is always great, but the fries are different The fries are always hot, but if store is busy the fries are very crispy (Great). But if the is not busy, the fries are still hot. They are very limp & saturated with oil. On these occasions I just throw them away. Don't know why this has held true since May 2022. Frustrating“

“Okay so we get there and order our food (drive thru) and a young man waves us to the window and proceeded to tell me and my wife that he and one other lady were the only one working and that he would be the one making the food. We told him no worries and he was very kind and apologetic for the inconvenience. We wait maybe five minutes at most and he brought our food out and was gracious enough to give us a few extra gifts in our bag. What a great human being and the guy needs a raise!!!! Thank you so much!!! He even wrote down what each burger was and how it came on our wrappers, all 4 burgers!“
