“Every taco bell I go to is the same. Hit or miss on food quality or service. Today I made a mistake and ordered incorrectly on the app. The nice lady told me not to worry about it, wrote down the right order and I got it a couple minutes later. Nobody's stomach is meant to eat Taco bell consistently but if I could I would at the Athens location. I appreciate the quick fix on my lunch break!“

“Work graveyard shift, every Saturday morning & Sunday morning eat lunch there. Always same order, burger, fries & small drink. The burger is always great, but the fries are different The fries are always hot, but if store is busy the fries are very crispy (Great). But if the is not busy, the fries are still hot. They are very limp & saturated with oil. On these occasions I just throw them away. Don't know why this has held true since May 2022. Frustrating“

“The young lady behind the counter made a suggestion to put my jalit9 ranch on texas toast, and it was a good idea. Not as much bread even though I took the top piece off anyway. They played music that was peaceful and uplifting. As I was leaving, I saw the scripture for the day. I will be back.“

“Okay so we get there and order our food (drive thru) and a young man waves us to the window and proceeded to tell me and my wife that he and one other lady were the only one working and that he would be the one making the food. We told him no worries and he was very kind and apologetic for the inconvenience. We wait maybe five minutes at most and he brought our food out and was gracious enough to give us a few extra gifts in our bag. What a great human being and the guy needs a raise!!!!
