Chinese Restaurants near Aubrey

“Met a friend here who has been here multiple times. I went with small egg drop soup and the Tofu Pad Thai.

The soup was standard, good. They brought out the crispy wontons to go in our soups (which I'd heard an earlier reviewer saying they weren't doing at the time they visited).

The flavor of the Pad Thai was just alright. Not completely bland, but definitely not as flavorful or flavor-noticeable as other Pad Thai dishes elsewhere.

But...the portion sizes are HUGE. Very very generous on the portion sizes! The 'small' egg drop soup here is probably close to a large egg drop soup elsewhere. And the entree portions are easily enough for two regular meals.

I will be coming back, to try some other main dish, to see if it hits the mark better. They have a wide variety of both Chinese and Thai dishes, so the possibility to find something better than the Pad Thai is good.

“Stopped by Panda Express in Aubrey and honestly had a pretty good experience. I went with the orange chicken, Beijing beef, chow mein, and fried rice, and everything was hot and fresh. The orange chicken was crispy with that sweet and tangy sauce that always hits, while the Beijing beef had a nice savory flavor. The chow mein was seasoned well and wasn’t overly greasy, which I appreciated. The portions were pretty generous too, so I definitely left full without spending a ton lol. The employees were friendly, got my order together pretty quick, and kept things moving even though there were a few people in line. The restaurant was clean and had a chill, casual vibe. Nothing fancy, but when you’re hungry and want something quick, filling, and affordable, Panda definitely gets the job done. I’d definitely stop by this location again.“

“Solid 3.5 star experience. The food was all hot which was nice except I found the variety to be “meh” and it was all VERY salty! Lots of salty and lots of fried items. I left this place very bloated after 2 plates. But, didn’t get sick so that’s good!“
