“Just wanted to share a little word of encouragement, and deposit a little bit of cheer to Kendall (sp?) that was working today here. She was super helpful, kind, made delicious sandwiches and made our day with her service. However, out of the blue a couple walked in to order with misery in their lives obviously from the treatment that they gave poor Kendall. They yelled at the top of their lungs at her and accused her of saying something derogatoryi that my husband and I clearly did not hear. We were sitting there. She broke down obviously and stated to cry. We personally got up and talked some positivity to her.

To the rude couple that tore her down with your words today…shame on you! She’s a kid, someone’s daughter, and a human being. The world is hard enough. Have KINDNESS! If you’re that miserable that you need to make everyone else miserable around you…you NEED Jesus in your life!

“Great first time experience“

“I have always liked schlotzskys food and this location was also good. What i want to comment on is the service and staff. When we went today and ordered the food and sat down to wait..and wait and wait I decided to ask after 20 min if it normally takes this long for the food and of course the nice lady who took our order said no and went to check. She came back and said they had not even started our order at which time I definitely got upset and asked for a refund. The manager came out and started giving excuses and due to my bad day and then this flub I wasn't even trying to listen and just kept saying give me my refund. This manager stayed fully composed during this incident, did refund all of my money even though I told him I did receive my cinnamon rolls and expected to pay for what I had gotten. After this he asked that I please give him 2 minutes and my food would be out and completely free. I did as he asked and our food was brought out promptly. To be honest I wouldn't have been able to deal with my attitude if I was in his shoes and stayed so positive. I let him know personally that he did a great job and I was sorry for loosing my composure. I also felt the need to let everyone know that this establishment has kind employees and will try to correct anything that may come up during a visit. Honestly need more people in the world with this man's positive energy. I hope his higher ups read this and praise him and his staff for the good job they do.“

“I eat here once a week, not only because pilot point doesn’t have a ton of options but because this Subway location is so clean and the staff so friendly. From my experience at various locations, I know Subway can be hit or miss depending on the staff and quality. I’ve been eating here for over a decade now and it’s never disappointed me. It’s ironic that the subway in a small gas station convenience store is cleaner than most I’ve been to, but I’m very happy it is! Also, they do a good job at baking the cookies just right!“
