Wendy's in Austin

“It’s a Wendy’s inside University of Texas at Austin across the Gregory Gym. This chain store has long opening hours. Although the food is just ok, you will feel relieve to get food after working out. Other restaurants operate obvisouly shorter than this Wendy’s and will close during the non-school periods. Overall, it's an ok-ok restaurant. I have nothing to complain.“

“Even though it was busy because school had just let out, the employees already had my meal packed and ready to go when I arrived. They were all very nice! They even included napkins, didn’t forget the sauce, and included my straw in the bag.“

“This is the best fast food experience I've ever had from great customer service to the freshes all around food I've had. Your manager and staff are doing an excellent job. I ordered a number 6 had to wait a few minutes for fresh chicken even the fries were fresh when I received my order. Know I wish I would have bought the cookie that was offered. Great job!“

“Excellent service and the guy who helped me was very friendly 7:22pm date 7/30/2024 I hope he receives a raise.
I forgot something in my order and made him work double time and he still gave me a smile and did the best he could for me.

“I door dash from here I don't drive keep getting my food wrong the first time I ordered 32$ worth of food they gave me 10$ and they said we can't do nothing else I have to walk 46 minutes to go deal with a manager who got Hostel when I asked for my money back I came back from them again and it was even Worse she didn't give me my money back she was getting mad at me again I don't know who there Hiring over there From employees to management but that's crazy when you get some one order wrong at you I do fast food that Wendy's is a mad house for anybody who doordash food don't do it it's always gonna be cold or wrong“

“The beauty of Wendy's regardless is you will get a freshly made burger. That is what I wanted and I got it. Could use a bit more garnish but I can also do that when I have time to eat on site. If I am on the fly, I just insist on what I like more and I get it. Freshly made is my key word that resonates with Wendy's“

“We came early in the morning in dining room. Everything was clean and staff was friendly. They messed up my order but fixed it quickly. The food was fresh and hot and good was pleasantly surprised I’ve never had Wendy’s breakfast it was great“

“I was here late night, it was fresh and fast, only reason I gave 4 stars for service was the lady that took my order had a heavy Spanish accent that made it a little difficult, but she got my order right the first time, I'll come back to this Wendy's for the late night for sure! Google also brought me in the back way, which made it a little difficult, it brought me in against the drive thru, Im attaching pictures of the entrance.“

“It looked like they gave me a Jr baconater. Then they took the extra bacon and put 3 half strips on my fries? There was very little cheese, but it didn't look too bad because there were so few fries! I had to ask the guy (who looked to be the manager) for three things he forgot, even though he was the one who took my order. He looked confused. It was late, but that's no excuse for the sloppy way they did things. When I go to top-tier fast food places, I get that I'll pay more, but I better get better food, better service, and better attention to details. This was not a great showing, and remember, I can take my appetite somewhere else. Unfortunately, once I stop going to you, it will take a lot to get me back. Don't lose customers by being lazy.“

“This is my favorite Wendy's. But why do they not have Frosty's anymore??? Sometimes I get the "we don't have vanilla" when they have a special flavor, but twice when I've gone now in the past month they said they don't have Frosty's anymore at all.“

“Don't be fooled by the appearance! Although the furnishings are shabby and old, the service makes you forget everything. They are quick, charming, and very kind! This isn't the closest Wendy's to where we live, but we prefer to drive a bit further to get better service.

“It was lunch time my fish sandwich is always fresh and so are my spicy nuggets thank goodness because the other Wendy's on Anderson it's not as fresh. I'd rather pick this one to. And because it was Friday and lunch time they were quick. With it.“

“Excellent as a feature of Wendys, I received great service but the parking lot was full of trash, people wandering around and the area didn't really make a good impression on me. I think they should fix that to be able to give 5star.

Parking: Dirty and homeless people trying to open cars to do inappropriate things at 5:00pm. IMAGINE IF YOU GO IN THE DARK OF THE NIGHT?

“I've noticed that a lot of people are leaving reviews saying that the staff is mean and the food is not quality. ITS A WENDYS. If you want an amazing high quality dining experience you brokie than go to a Michelin Star Restaurant....
The people are getting paid bare minimum so give them a break.“

“Went here with my little junior frosty keychain thing and the staff that helped me was Super nice and friendly and made me and my kid experience excellent! We sat by the fire place???? who knew Wendy's had fireplaces???!!!Anyway, yes super great experience here.“
