“Even though it was busy because school had just let out, the employees already had my meal packed and ready to go when I arrived. They were all very nice! They even included napkins, didn’t forget the sauce, and included my straw in the bag.“
“The food wasn't bad we got a Caesar salad and Taco salad but when we ordered the woman wasn't paying attention and I had to do two different transactions because she couldn't understand English. I don't mind different people but at least get my order right the first time. I told her what I wanted and then told her whatever my daughter wants too. And she ignored my order and only put in my daughters order simply because she didn't understand English.“
“The staff was courteous and focused on their work. Very busy during the time I was there but food was fresh. It was almost unreal how calm the atmosphere (for as busy as they were). The young man at the counter was attentive and doing his best.“
“I never leave reviews for fast food, but after my encounter with Alejandra just now in the drive-through I had to she was so kind and has such a positive energy about her. It made my day!!! I witnessed her be scrutinized over the size of the burger a man ordered, he said it wasn’t big enough lol. I heard him say he was going to leave her a bad review for it so I wanted to come counteract that because it wasn’t right.“
“I have to thank Mimi for her service. They had run out of hot potatoes with chili. Mimi quickly heated the potato and chili, and brought it to our table with a smile. Then she brought us cookies to accommodate us for waiting for my meal. This is excellent EQ and customer service. You can tell that Mimi is a kind person. She seemed to be the manager and her staff were all very friendly and attentive.“
“I stopped by for a quick dinner before work. let me tell u, I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo with the salted caramel frosty 😋 everything was hot and delicious, and fast 🏃♀️ you guys are doing a great job. Thank you for all that you do. I appreciate it very much!“
“We were served by Wendy at Wendy's house I said that right we were served by Wendy and she was nothing less than amazing please make sure that she gets recognized Harrison off-duty Uber driver delivery I got to say within the city they are one of the best to deal with“
“I actually like this location. It is alwaya clean and fast. In the year I've been coming here I have never had my order wrong. Today though for the first time ever they wanted to charge me .54 cents for an extra sweet n sour sauce. That really put me off. Wendy's I literally won't come anymore if we are going to start a nickle and dime policy. Please give your paying customers commin courtesy sauces when requested. Have yall ever had coorperate training and heard the story of Give the Man a Pickle? Feeling annoyed. But the food and service was good and the store and bathrooms clean.“
“Brock , was the guy who took our meal order here at this location, the 620 by Anderson mill rd. He was absolutely amazing. He was such a complete delight. Thank you for taking our order was having a bad and he made my day so thank you again!“
“I was here late night, it was fresh and fast, only reason I gave 4 stars for service was the lady that took my order had a heavy Spanish accent that made it a little difficult, but she got my order right the first time, I'll come back to this Wendy's for the late night for sure! Google also brought me in the back way, which made it a little difficult, it brought me in against the drive thru, Im attaching pictures of the entrance.“
“There were just a few tables inside, but it was bright and clean. The atmosphere was “fast food” normal. The chicken nuggets were lightly breaded and there was a good selection of dips. Easy to get to from the Wyndham Garden hotel in Austin!“
“So from the time they open the store till around lunch is when it’s a little slow, especially mobile orders. They won’t know you’ve mobile ordered until you tell them because they’re in the back dealing with drive through or still prepping for lunch. from the morning till around 3/4 there’s really only going to be 1 person who can speak English, she or he will be the one who you see receive your order, 100% guaranteed. They do spend time talking to each other as well, there’s not much traffic going on at this Wendy’s compared to McDonald’s a few blocks down so you can’t expect them to move like In-n-out.
Weekends I’ll come around 11-1AM and there’s barely any traffic, so it’s a lot slower and it’s almost 100% guaranteed you’re pulling up and have to wait a lil while, 12 minutes tops.
If you have an attitude then you can expect an attitude back, I think most of these people who’ve given one stars are just not good people. Been coming to this Wendy’s since I’ve moved here last year and sure it’s slower, but the food 9/10 comes out without any blunders. They do try to understand you when you speak English, and are more than willing to accommodate you if they ran out of the vanilla frosty or the caramel coffee
The music they play is either typical six flag/fair music or classical music which is funny because all the workers here are Latino/a.
The age range of these workers are late 20’s to late 40’s. At night mostly 20’s, morning to evening you’ll have like 3 or 4 in their late 20’s and the rest in late 30s to 40s.
I will say the cleaning could be a bit better, I believe they only clean on Friday’s since all the days I’ve come here Fridays were the days I’d see mopping and it be early in the morning at like 8-9. But there’s barely any people that come in here so I can kinda see the negligence in that.
There all genuine people and if you know Spanish then it’s even easier to get your order across.
This is an honest and thorough review been coming here consistently mobile ordered countless times came here at different times of the day at different days of the week and give this place a 7.3/10. Cleaning could be better, orders could be faster, and customer service could be smoother (Understanding what the persons ordering and maintaining a level of respect regardless of any potential rude or seemingly rude customers)“
“I have been driving for a long time and I needed to stop , the staff was very friendly and they made my meal Keto friendly without giving me any faces , she just smiled and said they could easily make what I requested, the place was pretty big and they had comfy chairs so after I ate i was able to take a much needed power nap 😴, thank you guys“
“I know fast food but you shouldn't serve cold food. I ordered a small chilli and a small fries both were cold. The cheese didn't even melt inside of the chilli. You could have easily popped up it in the microwave for a few seconds“
“This will be a generous review. I come here often because it’s very convenient for me. The other reviews are correct. This place sucks. But I ate here today, and it was very good. All the food was fresh. Even my bun was toasted. I can’t give you five stars because you don’t deserve it, but I’ll give you four because you did it well today.“
“The food was great and hot when we received it. We did have to wait a while to have someone take my order. The other employees were busy with other orders and the drive thru, so I wanted at the counter for about 4-5 minutes before someone came to talk to me. It was also rather warm inside the building, but overall it was a good experience.“
“Went here with my little junior frosty keychain thing and the staff that helped me was Super nice and friendly and made me and my kid experience excellent! We sat by the fire place???? who knew Wendy's had fireplaces???!!!Anyway, yes super great experience here.“
“** A Surreal Experience at Wendy's**
⭐☆☆☆☆ (For the experience, not the service!)
I recently visited a Wendy’s and, wow, it was an encounter to remember! I had high hopes for a classic burger and fries but ended up with an unexpected twist that left me questioning reality.
1. **First Impressions:** The place seemed normal enough at first. The menu was bright, the staff was doing their usual hustle, and the smell of freshly cooked burgers filled the air. However, things took a wild turn when I approached the counter to place my order.
2. **The Employee:** The employee taking my order was… well, let’s say he was not acting like your typical fast-food worker. His energy was off the charts! He was moving quickly, speaking in rapid-fire sentences, and seemed to be completely absorbed in his own world. I half-expected him to start juggling the ketchup bottles!
3. **Order Mayhem:** When I tried to place my order, he kept mishearing me and responding with random phrases. “You want a Frosty? Totally! But what about the pineapple?” I wasn’t sure where the pineapple came into play, considering it’s not even on the menu! This went on for a solid few minutes, and I almost felt like I was in a comedy sketch.
4. **The Energy:** His laughter was contagious, albeit a tad alarming. Other customers were exchanging glances, unsure if they should be amused or concerned. One woman looked ready to call for backup, while another guy made a TikTok video of the chaos unfolding.
5. **Final Thoughts:** After an endlessly entertaining ordering process, I finally got my meal—completely different from what I intended but packed with character (literally!). The food was still decent, as Wendy’s usually is, but the experience overshadowed the taste.
In summary, if you want a classic fast-food experience, you might want to pick a different Wendy's or at least brace yourself for a wild ride! Just remember, sometimes you get more than you bargained for. Who knew a simple trip for a burger could turn into a show? 🍔🙃“
