“I was disappointed that the counter person skipped me. It was busy and I waited patiently just to be skipped. I then went to the other counterperson, who looked at me crazy when I asked for a jalapeno. I wasn't aware they didn't sell jalapenos. Then, when we got our food, they had to put it inside to go boxes. We weren't asked if we wanted it for there or to go when everyone else was. There were 5 people so that to me would've more than likely meant eat in but I feel she should've asked. Food was good though.

Parking: We had to park in the parking lot of the shopping center. As their parking lot is small, and they were very busy.“

“I was pretty amazed by how fast they served me. I ordered a large amount of food from this place and they did not even take 5 minutes to give it to me. Customer service was great and my family and I were great taken care of. Deserves more than a 5 star!“

“Our first experience trying Henderson's Chicken. Food arrived fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Chicken was super crispy. Did not taste of stale oil. Fries and okra were ON POINT. Loved the addition of pickles and jalapeño. All around, GREAT meal. Would DEFINITELY recommend, and will be trying again in the near future.“

“I've only been once, but the food is good & very great, reasonable, & affordable prices. The only thing is they don't have any signs that states fried chicken is spicy or original nor do they ask which way you want it made. I don't know if all the food is Spicy or not except for maybe the kid meals.
If you have any type of Reflux problems or Ulcers of any type I would suggest asking if the food is automatically made Spicy or not.
Since I do Acid Reflux (I do have to take medicine) the only way I was able to eat the fried chicken was by pulling the skin off.“

“By far the most friendly and service oriented staff. These employees are well trained, disciplined, and show teamwork all around. Excellent service overall despite the small scale happy chaos kids cause in this location. The dining area is kept very clean. We didn't get to experience the robot server because the dining area was full. Kids play area is the added fun. Keep it up.

“This new store is nice and the food was standard Chick-fil-A. The parking lot isn't the best layout. When we got home with our food we realized that dot not receive any napkins and I had no sauce, and when I thought back I remembered that I had not been asked if I wanted any. There is an area that looks like it's for a condiments and such but it was empty. Also the employees that greeted us and took our order seemed as though they were just speaking from a script, almost like the little robot that was rolling around.“
