“We just ate at CasaMia last evening, and everything was terrific. The food came out quickly and was delicious. We had two margaritas, the best we've had at a restaurant in a while! The servers were polite and friendly. We loved our visit to this restaurant!“
“Had dinner here coworkers and clients, this was by far the best food and service I received during my stay in Texas. The smoked prime rib was so incredibly good and the tomahawk as well. Our service staff were top notch making our dining an incredible experience. Thank you 1845“
“My mother-in-law took my husband and I here to celebrate his birthday. We all could not say enough about how delicious the food was! The steak was SO tender, mashed potatoes and green beans were perfect! And the Creamy Roasted Poblano soup was amazing! My husband said his Ceasar salad was the best he has ever had. We were so full, we could not hold any dessert. But, they brought a small bowl of ice cream with fresh berries and wrote around the plate "Happy Birthday" in chocolate and brought us 3 spoons. So, thoughtful!! We had a wonderful time and will definitely go back. A great place to celebrate special occasions!“
“Took the fiance on a date to Verf's and we both loved it.The food is great... I had a Cobb salad... the cocktails are awesome... their happy hour pricing might be some of the best in town. The venue was cozy and super clean for being a bar feel... and the service was fast, aware and really nice. This is a great local place and we will be back soon.Parking: Large parking lot.Kid-friendliness: It's a decent spot for families.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get a wheelchair in here.“
“Great beer selection, really great game selection, friendly service, good atmosphere, good music, fair pricing, family friendly, and extremely clean and well kept!! My son came to meet up with some homeschool friends, and my family stayed and played games while he socialized. We had TJ’s pizza delivered, the kids drank fun craft sodas & we did a beer flight and valentines chocolate pairing. It was a great time. We will be back.“
“Hush sushi was awesome! Loved every aspect of it. Food, service, ambiance, location were all perfect for our short time in Southlake. We had the sashimi omakase and the nigiri omakase. Both of which were delicious! We also got the Rangoons which were absolutely perfect.Awesome spot, highly recommend!“
“Holy cow. Talk about knowing their wines. The ladies knew about anything I had to ask them. Great recommendations were offered . Really cozy place. Nice leather couches to sit on in one area. Live bands play on the weekends at night. Small outside patios . Cigars are sold as well. Smoking outside only.“
“My favorite favorite coffee shop!! Not only is the place aesthetically pleasing, the coffee is by far the best I’ve had in the DFW area. You just get picky with coffee when you’re from Seattle. My second time here the other day, macchiato was kind of disappointing. This will not stop me from revisiting. I loved my americano, lavender latte and honey + vanilla latte. I don’t know why the muffin was put in a togo box. It was kind of difficult to eat it. Please consider plating it differently. Thank you ◡̈“
“Nothing to hate about this place... 2nd time there. I use to go when it was The Table. They have changed it a bit and I like it! The service from walking in to being served Amazing!! The food...Outstanding ??give it a try if you haven't.. you won't regret it. I had the zucchini spaghetti... it was AMAZING ? went last night to celebrate my daughter's birthday ? ??“
“As empty nesters, we often find ourselves going out to dinner. 7 years ago, we were so excited to see LP’s sign going up in our neighborhood. From the first time we visited to now (literally) hundreds of times, we have never once left disappointed in the food or the service. The owners and staff have become family to us because of their constant care and attention. They take time to get to know everyone that walks in the door and make them feel at home and a part of the Local Pint community. The food quality has been top notch since day one. From their staples of the BOJ burger and chicken strips to the creative new items available each month we are constantly in love with every bite.I’m not a big beer drinker but my husband is and tries something new every time we go. He loves the variety and quality of each pint. I love their ciders and am always excited to try the newest one in the rotation. We are so lucky to have Local Pint in Flower Mound and look forward to many more years of delicious food and drink and fun!“
“Moxies sets the bar high for neighboring restaurants and is a great example of what what makes dining in special- great food, mood setting atmosphere and service that is attentive/friendly/cares/presents well. I love that the staff are all very professionally dressed (there is definitely a specific attire aesthetic which I think is achieved tastefully). Moxies has a pretty large space and turn tables quickly even when busy, which is often. I've walked in and been told the wait is 30 minutes and get seated a lot sooner. Worth the wait either way. Their menu isn't too robust which is nice because you end up finding your favorites. Two things that I love and crave often - the sushi cones and the seared ahi ginger salad. Both are a textural experience full of punchy and delicious Asian flavors. Just yum!“
“The service was excellent. The employees were awesome. You have to order food from other places and bring it in. They do have every beer known to man. My only issue and why I couldn't give it 5 stars is the dog. I am severely allergic to dogs. It kept coming to me. Everything else was perfect.“
“What an awesome spot?! We don’t spend a ton of time in Grapevine, but so glad we stumbled upon this place. Great bar food, fantastic hospitality and service! Treated us like family on our first visit and we were just getting food to-go!That rating is earned - chk them out!“
“Good upscale pizza spot, even if it is a bit chaotic. Once you finally find parking in this patch of Southlake retail and walk up, the fair-sized covered patio can be pretty inviting. However, if you brave the indoor area, you'll feel like you've stumbled into a college town pizza pub for the middle-aged. The wooden interior and high ceilings combine for a noisy environment once it starts getting busy. After being seated, we watched servers and food runners scurry around from table to table, trying to keep up while simultaneously missing an opportunity to greet us and get drinks started (took a good 5 minutes to reveal who was working our table). But honestly, these are minor gripes in the big picture here. Once they arrived, our server was friendly and quick on the drinks when they weren't rushing between tables. We opted for the family dinner, which is both a good deal and a lot of leftovers if you have 4 people or less. We added a meatball appetizer, and the seasoned meat and marinara went great with the perfectly toasted bread. The pretzel that came with the dinner package was okay, but honestly felt more like a giant, twisted breadstick (the queso that we paid extra for didn't do it any favors, either). The farm style salad was actually really delicious, probably helped by coating the whole bowl with ranch. This is also the point of the dinner when we realized that we needed to hurry up and finish our first course(s), as table real estate was VERY limited for us, and a big pizza was soon to be en route. The Classic Rossa came out piping hot, but still soft enough that toppings were hanging on for dear life as I scarfed each delicious slice. If you're an older pizza fan, or just a family that's had enough CiCi's for a while, you'll like the step up in class this pizza place provides.Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza and salads“
“The main picture with the fancy table is not this location. It's more of a hole in the wall coffee bakery/coffee shop attached to the French bistro nextdoor. Coffee and pastry were fine. They forgot about us outside so we'd just about finished the pastry before we went back in to find our drinks. Cute location, get takeout.“
“Kara, Jackie, and John are absolutely amazing. I love the atmosphere here, they have decorated the bar beautifully, when you visit ask to be shown the “deuce Wayne” hilarious painting. They teach art classes and have a diy craft room too! A perfect date night or girls night out. Kara did an amazing job crafting all of the cocktail menu, she even made a nonalcoholic menu too for those who do not/can not drink. Such a wonderful staff. Lauren, Dara, and Elle are excellent bartenders as well, I’ve never had a bad time here. 10/10 recommend.“
“Had the best fried chicken sandwich of my entire life here. Maybe I was more hungry than usual, or perhaps I came with low expectations to a touristy area for a Tuesday lunch. Maybe I was still riding the high from the eclipse earlier in the week. But the chicken was perfect, the bun was just right, and it served with a side of gravy for the sandwich (yes, put it on the sandwich!). Fries were top-notch as well. Plenty of good beers on tap. My wife had one of the salads, but I can't recall which one because I had to protect my fries the whole time. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still thinking of that fried chicken sandwich. I don't come to Dallas much, but when I do, I will be back to see if this experience can be repeated.“
“I understand all the great reviews!! The food was amazing--brisket tacos, tortilla soup, brisket enchiladas and all the different hot sauces they brought us to sample all tasted so very good; as did the great margarita!! The staff was very friendly and attentive. They definitely set the atmosphere for a very pleasant dinner. Already planning our next visit and what we want to try next.“
“Macklins has it all A great bar to watch the game or a booth for a family or business meal. And an outdoor patio as well. The salads are delicious. Note I m a burger guy but usually get a juicy burger and a goat cheese salad, cant beat the combination.“
“This is one of those places where the regulars are actually really cool. I have had the privilege of going to Dan’s Silverleaf for the past three weekends. I used to live in Denton, but I did not frequent this place. I didn’t know what I was missing out on. They always have some great music and it’s a really fun lively crowd and if you are with Kyle and Jack dog (Pictured in his element at Dan’s) then you’re VIP. The Geezerpalooza was totally awesome. Definitely check this place out!“
“I ordered the beef pho, which was not highlighted on the menu but was exceptionally good. My son ordered the wonton soup, and it was so perfectly earthy that we actually got another set of bowls so we could share each other’s dishes. My fiancé ordered the classic Tom Yum, and “yum” perfectly described it.I still can’t believe how good the food was!The service was great as well, very intimate, and we were checked on often. A few of the servers were on their phones at the front of the house, which is always a negative, but our server wasn’t, so I’m not holding it against her. They also gave us Thai Tea on the house, which was delightful! I love this place. And it is pretty cool on the inside, especially as it got darker in the restaurant.Overall score: 8.4, and that’s using the Dave Portnoy scale - “very good score.”“
“It will surprise you. It is not what you think. When I think of a VFW I think of a bunch of curmudgeons just sitting around smoking and drinking cheap beer. It is not that at all.First off Its smoke free indoors. You dont have to be a veteran nor a member to go in. It's very laid back and casual. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. Inexpensive drinks. Everyday has something different to do from Shuffle board tournaments, 8 ball tournaments, poker nights, bingo nights, karaoke nights, and live music some weekends with NO cover charge. They even boast 22 large screen TVs with The NFL Ticket. The event hall is available for rent. I have no reason to rent out the hall but it's so cheap to rent it makes me want to.“
“They have a really thin crust pizza. Good size and value for the price. Fried cheese sticks were decent with a good cheese pull on the mozzarella. Pizza by the slice available. Bar is next door to the pizza section. Besides pizza, looks like a nice selection of Italian pasta, entrées, subs, and desserts to choose from. When busy, parking can be tough.“
“Food was awesome! We went with a larger group, and everyone left happy. We were a little nervous when we pulled up, front side of the building had boards on the windows, but glad we decided to check this spot out. Service was good and the deserts were amazing too. Hopefully they're remodeling the interior space, not sure how they keep the patio cool in the summer. We'll definitely be back, definitely bringing some friends.“
“My friend and I went on a Sunday afternoon to watch a ? game. We had $2.50 draft beers and fresh cut fries which were great. We had some well drinks also that were $3.25. The staff were very friendly and we had a great time. It’s a great little local bar with food and reasonable priced beer and cocktails. Worth a visit.“
“Always good drinks, service, atmosphere and vibes! Offers great mock tails! Walking distance to several hot spots near the square. A particular favorite of mine is their old fashioned on tap. They add lemon and chocolate bitters! So unexpectedly delicious! ??“
“Raul gave us beyond excellent service as a manager. He turned the heaters outside for us and he continued to check on us and brought my baby out some milk with warm water in the pitcher just above and beyond what I asked for. They gave extra meat to our friend who asked for more with a friendly attitude. Danielle was our server she was friendly and prompt to serve all of our needs and anything extra we asked for. We cannot thank the staff more for our great experience with a night out with friends. Food is always excellent thank you kitchen staff. Danielle and Raul were awesome.“
“Make sure you request Raedo as your server. He gave the best recommendations, answered all my questions and went above and beyond to take care of the table. Extremely friendly and personable; this was an overall great experience. The food here is really good as well!Parking: Shopping area parking“
“The food is delicious. Though they have veal piccata, would be nice to have a chicken alternative. Though small inside, they make use of every square inch. It can get quite loud, especially if there are birthday celebrations. Nonetheless, a good restaurant. Will definitely be back when in Southlake again.“
“What's On Tap offers an impressive collection of beers on tap, creating a haven for beer enthusiasts. The diverse selection caters to various tastes, from craft brew aficionados to those seeking familiar favorites. The inviting atmosphere and knowledgeable staff contribute to a pleasant experience, making it a go-to spot for enjoying quality beers. Whether you're a seasoned beer connoisseur or just exploring, What's On Tap provides a welcoming environment to savor a diverse range of brews.“
“This is a very centrally-located tiny slice of heaven: A postcard-worthy eclectic draft beer dispensary in the inner city of Denton proper. Among the types are the savagely-enabled and dark malted Velvet Hammer, which refers to the high alcohol content offering, accompanied by a slightly sweet after taste to capture the thrill of victory in one's own life. It's not a bad day to have a frosty beverage at Oak Street Draft House. Cheers, Mark F.“
“Free pool on Sunday and Monday nights! Tuesday pool tournament! There's trivia Wednesdays. Thursday karaoke. Friday live music. Saturday DJs. Also, an awesome outdoor area. I'm a big fan of their tap beers!! Unbeatable prices :DThere are three pool tables (2 in the back room)There are several dart boardsThere is strict ID check but Blake is an awesome security dude who watches cool movies on his Bluetooth headset at the door ?“
“Heard good things about this place in the various local food groups, and it's always packed when I drive by, so we decided to try it out on a miserably rainy Thursday evening. Fast, friendly, and attentive service, the ambiance is pretty much what you'd expect for a solid Tex Mex restaurant, and the food was great! We also partook of the happy hour drink specials and were not disappointed.Wife and I just decided to split one of their appetizer platters -- the one with all the chicken stuff. Somewhat comically, one of the two chicken jalapeño poppers was completely devoid of filling (it was the right size and shape so clearly the filling must have seeped out during deep-frying). I notified our server and she swiftly replaced it with not one but TWO extra poppers (one chicken, one cheese). Hooray!Wife decided she needed more protein and we ordered the cóctel de camarónes and you need to understand that this was always the dish her dad would make her when she was younger and she needed cheering up so it's near and dear to her heart. It is no small praise to indicate that it met with her approval.Chips were good. Salsa was quite tasty, though more liquid than solid. Nothing wrong than that; just observing. They also gave us a couple sweetened coffee shots at the end of our meal. Neat! Also, there was an abuelita serving the table next to us, unapologetically forcing some Español out of the exceedingly white family in the table next to us and calling them mijo and mija and while our server was great, I've never had server-envy more in my entire life. Next time, Angelina's. Next time.Anyway, do yourself a favor and check out Angelina's. Good food, good drinks, good times.“
“Had a great experience here on a Saturday evening when I was looking for a new brewery to try and wanted to watch college football. The bartenders were friendly and made beer recommendations and offered samples to try. I opted to start with a flight and then stuck with their Dunkel. I had a side salad and the steak sandwich from one of the counter service restaurants that serve at the brewery as well. The live acoustic music was an added bonus too!“
“First time eating at Chante Mexican Grill tonight. Food was very good. They have the white queso and it is delicious. My wife had the beef fajitas and they made me enchiladas that were off menu- beef, chicken, and cheese combination, enchiladas with their amazing queso and sour cream. The enchiladas may sound standard, but far from it. They were really good. The waiting staff was very professional. If you haven’t tried Chante, you should.“
“I love taking friends here when they come visit from out of town. It’s always a hit! El Cucuy Burrito, The Saucy Hibachi and Munchies are my favorite food trucks so far. I love the backyard atmosphere and not being stuck in a stuffy bar when I’m hanging out with friends trying to chat.“
“We had a few good experiences at the Bottlecap Alley location in Grapevine, so we decided to give this one a try as well. The service at the bar was very nice and they are very accomodating when it comes to modification requests. Lots of places will forego a bun or give you some sort of "lettuce wrap", but they've got it down to an art where your sandwich or taco is actually enjoyable. The place is new, clean, nice, and fun. We will be back probably to both. Chili Cheese tots or cajun fries are my favorites so far. The bar tender suggested the cajun fries and suggested ranch because they have a kick that builds... take her suggestion, have the ranch handy!“
“First, the vibe of the hotel is top tier. As for the bar, the margaritas are ????. I've had watermelon and peach so far, with a tajin rim. Talk about flavor. The bartenders have been excellent. I would definitely recommend stopping by, even if you're not a hotel guest. Cheers to you W XYZ Lounge ??“
“Chuy's is a great place to eat. The atmosphere is good, clean restaurant and friendly service. I ordered the ground beef burrito with queso on it. It came with beans and rice. This was Deli and very filling. It's definitely worth every penny! We will return. I'll add photos next time.“
“Found this place on a Wednesday night when all surrounding bars had league night. Place looked a little rough around the edges from the outside. But once we went in we were pleasantly surprised. They had a fun trivia game we got to enjoy while we played pool. Staff were extremely friendly. We even went back the following week! Definitely a new spot we’ll be frequenting.“
“The staff are great. I haven't met one employee who wasn't cool to me. There is an abundance of drink specials and events that happen here weekly. There's food trucks and restaurants nearby. The pool tables, Foosball, and the dartboards are all in good condition.“
“Unexpectedly, I had to run a errand nearby and decided to make a quick stop. I must have happened to visit during happy hour because I was very surprised the small glass was under three bucks. Rather than spend too much time on a beer, I looked at the first set of beers and chose one. It just happened to be one for this time of year, the Octoberfest (#3). I would order it again if given the opportunity.“
“Truly a local gem! The service is amazing, the food is delicious, the drink specials are unreal and the patrons feel like family! This place really makes you feel like home. The love and respect they have for our veterans and active military is unlike anything I've ever experienced in a small business. They have billiards, darts, corn-hole, and music trivia (Wednesday nights)! Be sure to visit and tell them ChipNDale sent ya!“
“This is not just a bar…for many people it is a second home. I have been a regular for ten years and have met life long friends here and continue to do so. Favorite bar in Denton with the best food. Literally, I haven’t had anything I didn’t like, but my favorites are the RT’S Burger and Chicken Fingers with gravy ?The bartenders are like family. Great sports and “neighborhood” bar, always fun to watch football here! Right off on 35 so very easy to get to. Come out and support local! ❤️“
“I recently dined at Harvest House, and I was thoroughly impressed with their extensive selection of beers and food. The establishment boasts a diverse and well-curated beer menu, offering everything from craft ales to imported lagers. Whether you're a seasoned beer enthusiast or just looking to try something new, Harvest House has you covered. The food options at Harvest House complement the beer selection perfectly. The menu features a wide array of dishes, from hearty pub classics like burgers and fish and chips to more sophisticated options like gourmet salads and charcuterie boards. The quality of ingredients and the presentation of each dish were top-notch.The atmosphere at Harvest House is also worth mentioning. It strikes a perfect balance between a cozy, inviting pub and a trendy hangout spot. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the beers and menu, which enhanced the overall experience.I highly recommend Harvest House to anyone looking for a place to enjoy great beers and delicious food in a relaxed and enjoyable setting. It's a gem for beer aficionados and foodies alike.“
“No doubt - the best bar on Fry! The staff here is amazing! Friendly, service-oriented staff who get it right or make it right every time. The food is super good, and the Tuesday burger special Is legit! Good beer selection - always something for everyone. I can't give five stars only because their WiFi is painfully, painfully slow. Like - can't check your email slow! Which - I know it's a bar, so that's not the big draw, but this close to campus it seems like people would want to to do school work and I can barely do anything.“
“Paschall: A Classic, Atmospheric Bar with Masterful CocktailsI had an excellent evening out this past weekend at Paschall. As soon as I stepped inside, I was impressed by the warm, classy atmosphere. The comfy leather seating, vintage details, and oak accents strike the perfect balance between contemporary and old-school charm.Even better, the talented bartender mixes up some of the most well-crafted cocktails I've ever tried. I ordered one of their specialties from the creative seasonal menu, and the balance of flavors absolutely delighted my tastebuds. Ingredients were clearly of very high-quality. The bartender was friendly and willing to offer spot-on recommendations too.Overall, Paschall's ambience, drink selection, and top-notch service all come together to provide a truly fantastic night-out for cocktail enthusiasts.“
“Drinks are always great, but first time coming on a weekend. Bartenders and staff were on top of keeping creeps from ruining our birthday night by kicking them out without us even asking. Felt extremely safe due to the staff’s quick response to inappropriate behavior. Would drink and dance here again.“
“I visited the Hallfords bar this past weekend and had an astounding time. The bartender Hope was so helpful and kind. She made my drinks perfect and visit pleasant with her friendly demeanor. This bar offers an unparalleled atmosphere and exceptional service that will leave a lasting impression! I will return in the future and will tell my friends about this fun hangout spot.“
“The food was ok. The fish was a bit overdone and the potatoe salad was a bit underdone. Portion size was good. The short ribs were really good. Brisket sandwich was good, not great. The service however was terrible. She knew it and never made an effort to do better or apologize. For the price, maybe eat elsewhere before voming for the music. We loved the music.“
