“I ordered the crispy taco plate, and the Chile con queso. Every thing tasted like it was made right then and there straight from Momma's hands or grandma's hands or from that caring nurturing family members hands, you know, the one that loves you and spoils you rotten. Though I wouldn't recommend eating from any floor, I think it would be safe to eat from El Taco Kings floors. The restaurant and bathrooms were squeaky clean. I'll be a regular for sure“

“Needed an evening snack and decided to give this newer downtown business a shot. I had the most fluffy flaky mixed berry danish and a heavenly sweet pecan sticky bun. They scraped up a little of the extra topping and put it on my To-Go sticky bun. That little gesture really proved to me that the folks running this place genuinely want to serve their customers. Their food is phenomenal, and their love for what they do is very apparent. If you're thinking about giving them a try, don't overthink it, just do it.“
“Okay hear me out: this was THE BEST chicken fried chicken I have ever had. The breading and flavor was the best I have tasted. It brought tears to my eyes because it was so incredible And I’ve had my fair share of chicken fried chicken platters. The green beans are flavored to perfection. THE CORNBREAD!! It was somehow melt-in-your-mouth fluffy but packed the flavor of a dense cornbread muffin. We left satisfied, comforted, and knowing good and well that we’ll be back.“
