“Long live Ling Wu’s! This is hands down our family’s favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. We also leave feeling happy with the outstanding food and service. We always come here for special occasions or if we need a pick me up if we’ve had a rough week. We love the whole team here!“
“One of the best in area with so much knowledge about food. Thank you for opening in our local area. Chicken Steam momo is the best for me. Highly recommended…Parking: You can park anywhere and come to Darsan NamasteKid-friendliness: It’s open space for anyone“
“We’ve been here a few times and really love this place. I haven’t tried everything on the menu but the short rib plate (with rice and Mac salad) is my favorite so far. We order in advance, pick up the food and eat at the picnic tables outside. If you’ve never tried Hawaiian food in general (I hadn’t before coming here), you owe it to yourself to do so!Beyond just it tasting great- Portions are generous for the price, everything is freshly made, and the owner is really nice.Only heads up is that there’s no drinks (no water, no soda) for sale due to an arrangement they have with the proprietors next door- bring your own water if the place next door is closed.“
“Chicken Adoba taco is insanely good, I usually sub beef because I also love their fajita beef. As fusions go, this place nails it. The meat must be marinated in some kind of soy sauce mix, and doing so adds such an authentic and balanced fusion with the fresh grilled veggies that you truly get the best of both worlds. They don't skimp you on portions and doing so makes this place first choice before 90% of ATX Mexican-Asian fusion.“
“Updating a past review. When I'm in town I bring my folks by. This house never disappoints. The staff is energetic, the service is quick, and the food is always fresh, hot and the depth of flavor is there. For a restaurant that doesn't try to be high end, they are pushing the bar higher. Try this place out for sure.“
“We’ve been to this location about a half dozen times, all good experiences. Our waiter the last couple of times (Michael, I think?) has been consistently enthusiastic, friendly, and responsive - A+ service. My family loves pho which I’ll enjoy in colder months, but the real treat for me is the lemon grass rice dish. It’s served like fajitas on a sizzling platter with onions & jalapeños - AMAZING dish. Downside is the fam usually poaches a significant amount of it…fortunately there’s a lot of it, and I usually have enough for lunch the next day.“
“I often come to this restaurant to eat. The waiters are very smiling and the food is served much faster. The fresh peppers and live fish are definitely their specialty. This is the only restaurant in Austin that has it. You must try it. The steamed pork ribs are also delicious. Many dishes are prepared according to authentic Chinese food methods, and the prices of all dishes are very conscientious [ThumbsUp]“
“Great cozy atmosphere inside the restaurant. Welcoming staff and quickly found us a table.Food is tasty and servers are helpful in case of any questions.Didn’t have to wait a lot between courses.Definitely worth a try.Closest to authentic Japanese cuisine as you’ll get in south Austin.“
