“I like shopping at H-E-B but was disappointed when I was shopping to see multiple customers allowed to shop with masks below their nose at the Bee Cave H-E-B. With masks required, the mask should be covering the nose & mouth. This creates an unsafe environment amidst the current pandemic. How is H-E-B going to regulate these customers who are putting other customers & H-E-B employees at risk? These people not properly wearing masks need to be banned from the store or have police officers there to issue. I’m sick of the selfishness & disrespect. I want to be able to shop safely for my groceries. What is H-E-B going to do about this?“

“I ordered 10 dozen of the miniature cupcakes for a company luncheon. My order was boxed and ready when I arrived to pick up. They were all delicious and a big hit at our luncheon. We can’t thank them enough!“

“A nice bakery with a large selection of pastries and breakfast items. They have an extensive variety of macarons, so you’re sure to find one you like. For breakfast, we ordered a Croque Madame. It was good but a bit dry for my taste. All dishes were served in take-out boxes. The Paris Austin and macaron were delicious and moderately sweet. The Napoleon was crispy, though the sweet glaze on top was a bit much for my taste.“

“Honestly five stars cannot contain my enthusiasm for the deliciousness served here. Each savory item is made perfectly. We had the chili cheese, potato and caramelized onion, and spiced lamb pastries. All were unique and the pastries were perfectly crisp and flavorful. We also tried the vanilla grapefruit tart. Their lattes are coffee shop quality, not just an afterthought. They had plenty of seating and the decor was on theme.“

“I have been looking forward to trying Abby Jane, grain to table makes me so happy. We bought a donut, almond monkey bread, chocolate babka, and a sourdough loaf (pan). The pastries were amazing, it was 2:40pm and the donut was incredibly soft. The almond monkey bread was just sweet enough and I will be buying my sandwhich bread from them. My only issue was the chocolate babka was a bit dry and burned on the edges.“

“Overall experience was good. My oldest loooooves the cookies! The cookies are a little too sweet for me and I prefer cookies to be a bit more cooked, but they were good. I’d definitely rebuy them for her. Service seemed fast to me. We were probably in and out in about 10-15 minutes.“

“I was looking for a cookie decorating kit to do with my family for Christmas. I randomly saw that Finery & Cake were doing them and ordered a kit. Lauren was so sweet when she saw that my address wasn't Austin she immediately contacted me to make sure I knew it was pick up only. I reassured her that we were going to be in Austin to celebrate Christmas with our son so pick up would be perfect. I then contacted her a few days later to add more kits for other family members and she was super quick to respond to my email (especially since it was a few days before Christmas). The kits were such a hit. The cookie kit came with everything (cookies, icing and sprinkles) and icing was so perfect I never know how it can sit in the piping bag and still come out fabulous on the cookies 🤯 The cookies tasted soooo good too. We kept getting compliments on how good the sugar cookies tasted. Thank you, Lauren and Finery & Cake for all of your hard work. Who would have known a random search made me find my favorite bakery in Lakeway 🥰“

“We own a bakery in North Carolina, but when we go to the Austin/Dripping Springs area, we make it a point to stop here. We ordered cupcakes for our granddaughter's 6th birthday last month. They were a hit! We also love the cake balls and cake cups.“

“By far the best gluten free cupcakes I have had , recently had to change diet to gluten free and have tried several different bakeries looking for tasty gluten free and I found the jack pot with Haley's cakes and cookies, absolutely delicious from the frosting to the the moist wonderful flavor of the cake itself and I've only had the vanilla cupcake but absolutely delicious. Also got a GF chocolate chip cookie and again moist,soft and full of delicious flavor ,so happy to have found this little gem and looking forward to my next visit and see what other delicious GF goodies they have . Thank you Haley's for loving your craft and baking such delicious treats for those of us on GF diets!!oh and the price even better!!

“A staple of Austin Tex-Mex since I could remember. Over the years eating at this location the food still taste the same. It is bit on the heavy side but my choices now tend to be a healthier menu selection. I always enjoy the chips and salsa especially the green sauce. We arrived to walk to the bar area where I found a table. The bartender came by and ordered a frozen margarita. Looking back now I really cherish of leaving the home and experience being pampered with service where I can just sit and relax and enjoy snacking on chips. I decided on crispy chicken tacos which had a rich full flavor. The bartender was friendly. We always get quicker service here versus in the dining room. This place gets pretty busy at lunchtime where we arrive early and when we left there was already a wait. We had another great experience and counting the days where we can go back inside to enjoy another meal.“

“So grateful for this team! They are very responsive to emails and requests. Had a few last minute requests and they were so happy to assist. On my way to deliver a birthday cake 6 hours away, they made sure the cake was packaged with dry ice to keep it cool. I will definitely recommend them. Very professional and loving people. It’s hard to get things done during covid but they made it so easy, I think I’m more excited than the birthday boy lol. By the way he has no clue and I can’t wait to see his face. “We enjoy their food- especially the Brussel sprouts and salmon with sweet potato hash. BUT- we don't go when they have live music. Their sound system is so flawed and loud...you can't have a conversation. Personally, we have never heard a band so bad as a few Sundays ago. For food-5 stars for entertainment- 2/3 so, I rank it a 4.“

“Just picked up breakfast for the first time at Angel Donuts and Treats. I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else for our weekly donut outing. The donuts are stellar, the cake balls are flavourful, and the macarons are perfect in both texture and taste. Staff was simultaneously helpful and laid back. Very low pressure atmosphere. The only possible downside to this place is that everyone else knows about it and a bunch of the flavours were gone within 4 hours of them opening. Go early, get the good stuff!“
