“Long live Ling Wu’s! This is hands down our family’s favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. We also leave feeling happy with the outstanding food and service. We always come here for special occasions or if we need a pick me up if we’ve had a rough week. We love the whole team here!“

“This restaurant is a family favorite. We love the spring rolls with the generous portions and that special crunchy stick inside. My personal favorite is the lemon grass tofu, Mom likes the grilled shrimp. We always order the green beans XO for the table. So delicious. Some very thoughtful vegan entrees include Spicy Vegan Hue style Vietnamese noodle soup and the Vegan 512 Vermicelli. Of course many dishes can also be made without meat, but it's nice to have a vegetable based broth option. They also have a vegan option for fish sauce if you so desire. The portions are generous. It's a great place for takeout. The prices are reasonable. What's not to love?“

“Very, very delicious food, I absolutely loved that chicken they made with the Lo Mein we ordered, I ended up stealing it off my Mimi's plate! The people who worked here were absolutely lovely as they were so nice, and so very polite! Not to mention, they were very patient while we ordered. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends as the food was delicious and the customer service was lovely. Not to mention, the environment was absolutely gorgeous, completely stunning decorations! 9/10, Only because I rarely give 10/10.“

“We have visited Wok on Fire several times. Always enjoyable. We had our last meal delivered. I had a busy day besides having family coming for dinner. I was able make the order early to be delivered at dinner time. The food arrived on time, freshly cooked and steaming hot. The potions are generous. But most important...the food is delicious!“

“I still have yet to dine in, but the taste and quality of the take out is spot on. The table mustard is exactly the consistency it should be. The place was full with diners on 2/9/24 when I picked up takeout. Very very good as always. Love the shredded pork Peking style with moo shu pancakes.“

“As of March 31 they are closed. I'm devastated since I have been eating here every week for years and loved it. The owner told me three weeks ago they were going to close on Sunday (2 weeks from my last visit) but I thought she meant closing just for Easter. Otherwise I would have eaten here 4 or 5 times a week until the last day!!“

“It was an unexpected foodie stop for me and my friend after a work out! Authentic Chinese food with menu out of this world! The friendly server (he may be part owner)spoke great English. Clients are mainly Chinese as they speak mandarin! I am not a fan of fusion and being in this place almost felt like I was in a travel warp! Recommended! Price was reasonable—-surely a bonus ?“

“The food is always hot and fresh and typically takes less than 10 minutes if ordering at the restaurant. The eggrolls were handmade and hot, the hot and sour soup is my favorite here in Austin. The workers are all nice and helpful. I ordered on Christmas and I could tell they were slammed with business, but they were still able to get my order out to me in a timely matter. This will be a weekly spot for us.“

“We did takeout from China Steakhouse lastnight. It was really good. The Kung Pao chicken, pork dumplings, pork egg rolls, egg drop soup and sweet and sour chicken were all great. The pepper steak was good but a little too spicy for us (next time I'll ask for it to be mild). The lady who took my order was really nice and everything was ready pretty fast. We will be back in the near future!!“
