It’s the best one I’ve had in Texas! Their “mild” green sauce is tasty but has a decent kick so get it on the side. The staff was friendly and everything looked clean. “Very delicious, I tried the following dishes and enjoyed them all:
Fried onion in chickpea batter, fresh and crunchy with spicy tamarind and Cilantro dipping sauces.
Chicken Tikka masala- chicken was cooked just right and curry is rich and flavorful.
Daal - also delicious thick and flavorful a little spicy.
The rice was especially fragrant and cooked just right.
Mango lassi- perfect balance of yogurt and mango puree, not too sweet.

Everything tasted like real Indian food with no shortcuts. I will definitely come here again.

The atmosphere was a food trailer in the parking lot of a coffee shop, so not much atmosphere - however just grab a seat under the shade in back of Madrone Coffee. Atmosphere, check!“

You can pay cash or Venmo, I think they take cards but there is a fee. My kids love going to this place and there are a couple of benches behind the truck to sit and that's nice. They are right next to Shipley's donuts, check them out!“
