“One of our favorite places to get a sweet treat! Today my parents and Nana who is 92 years old were down. She is almost blind, and when we were walking out, the female employee that was taking the trash out, heard my Nana tell her sorry she was taking so long, that she can barely see, so she was extremely nice and understanding, and helped my mom get my Nana down the step. I had my toddler in my arms. We just want to let the girl know that meant a lot to us! Awesome customer service even with our large group!“

“I have been coming here since they have opened. Always get smoothies. Today tho…… these smoothies were AWFUL!!!! It’s no exaggeration. Couldn’t even get it through the straw. So when I took the lid off to get a sip it was definitely NOT what I orders. I orders a “mango,pineapple,kiwi” smoothie. But what I got was an ice block of kiwi water??? I drove all the way back and she was very rude about the situation. Remade it but it still was not right. My boyfriend’s “strawberry,pineapple,mango” smoothie was filled with ice chips and had some sort of white cream in it. NEITHER ONE OF OUR SMOOTHIES WERE SWEET. Like this was awful!!!! My first ever bad experience here. But it was the attitude that got me.“

“I love to get a good drink here! So many different choices and they have the best ice to munch on too. Lol. The food is good to eat too. I usually get some tater tots or some french fries. Absolutely love the ocean water. So refreshing 😀“

“We visited Vecchio for the first time last Saturday and the gelato was out of this world. The portion size was generous, and the owner was very personable. I wish they were open more than 2 days a week, but I know that creating such goodness takes time. We'll be back soon.“

“I want to say a special thank you to Joanna and her staff!! They made my son's first birthday a success!! We wanted a small Cocomelon cake and cupcakes to go with the color scheme and they came out perfect. He absolutely loved it and all of our guests were happy with the cupcakes. If you are in need of a cake and cupcakes I highly recommend you contact them.“

“Cookies were great. Walked in and were not greeted. Had never been and wasn't aware, we needed to put in our order on a tablet. Was waiting a couple of mins for help, but none came, so we started playing with the tablet for the menu and figured out we could scan our app on the tablet. They were fast to get the cookies out to us once our order was in.“

“We love small cakes! Angela is the sweetest. My family tries to stop by and get couple of pints of ice cream every couple of weeks. Angela knows which cupcakes and the toppings my kids want left off without asking. she treats my kids like royalty. The ice cream is insanely good! Small cakes is our favorite spot for a treat.“

“Had a mix up with our order, and manager Nayeli (forgive me if I misspelled) fixed us right up and made sure we were happy and satisfied before leaving. She was kind and willing to hear us and our situation. Not make us feel bad for asking for it done as asked. She is awesome and deserves 100% gold stars! If y'all see her, make sure to give her a big ol smile!“
