They mentioned they were understaffed but the service and meal were fantastic and nothing seemed as if they were understaffed! This is a great stop to enjoy a meal in Burleson. Please open one in Cleburne! My favorite thing was their macaroni and cheese??“

“Afternoon. Our family has been RELIGIOUS Chick-fil-A supporters everywhere our lives have moved us. Sarasota, Orlando, Sanford, Florida and our last Texas city of Plano. We moved here to Burleson this month and have been frequent drive through customers...Today was our first experience inside your Burleson store... and I'm in literal shock. One of the reasons we've chosen to support Chick-fil-A is not only their quality food, but their facilities and personal experience; and while your food and personal were still up to standard, the facility was unexcusable. I wish I could attach pictures of every disgusting booth (Not only torn apart but massively dirty). I'm questioning how this is allowed corporately because I have never seen anything like it in ANY store we have visited. There is no shortage of customers and it doesn't take much to steam clean cloth seats or replace leather seats? I was very disappointed. I am hoping that our neighborhood Chick-fil-A could be a place I would bring the kids, especially over the summer... and honestly McDonalds was a higher standard than this.. Eesh can't believe I'm saying that.. Sorry, I'm not usually a complainer.. but I LOVE Chick-fil-A and this was embarrassing today.“

“I am not originally from Texas myself but my parents live out that way and well I had gotten a suggestion to try the KFC down the street from them and well I took a stroll and had me a 5$ bowl meal deal and it was definitely well worth it. Me being not from here I had asked the most touristy questions about the area and such and the staff were equally as friendly as they made the food warm experience especially from being out of state a good view on how others are outside my home. I really enjoyed it and food was good and service was amazing“

“Food here is always fresh and made to order , spicy levels aren’t really ideal !! Grim Reaper if you want hot ! I love the chicken bites and chicken sandwich with everything on it !!! &&& I highly recommend cheese on fries . ;) best way to have them !!“
