“Returning customer: 09/22/2025 Liam did a FANTASTIC job with active listening. I am one who likes my stuff to be precise and wow!! I had to call in today to tell assist mgr how awesome that young man was. I found out his name is Liam. He entered in everything just right and he dbl checked the melts were toasted and correct. Very good food and good job Liam!

Past visit: I returned today, Wow can I say from the service to the quantity and quality of the food did a 180 from the last time I was here. I give y’all 5 stars today. The young lady who took my order thru the drive thru was very helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me the bread options when ordering. I didn’t even know I had options. The meal with sandwich and scoop was proportionate to the cost I paid. Thank you so much!!! I’d give 10 stars if I could. Today I ordered The Chick with the Carol sandwich on white not toasted with lettuce and tomato and a scoop of fruity Fran it is so good!!!

I went thru the drive thru received terrible service and missing food from my order. $15 for this…. I won’t order the chick again with the egg salad, look how much egg salad I was given or not!?!? Egg sandwich?? Where is the egg salad? Then maverick charged me $4.99 instead of the $2.49 for the chicken salad scoop. He needs more training and the kitchen too! They were closed when I tried to return to get it corrected.“

“Not use to getting great customer service at a lot of drive-thru places lately, but Iris was a pleasant surprise. It is so refreshing to have an employee be so polite and friendly and actually care about customer service. This is the standard that restaurants should look for in their employees. Many times I’ve had people at drive-thru windows not even say a word. Iris made me feel appreciated as a customer. Thank you!“

“Traveled from Belton Texas to Fort Worth and while I was there, I tried Dave’s hot chicken last night and the service was absolutely wonderful. The manager was top tier! She was so friendly and made sure we were well taken care of for our very first time trying! We will be back thank you“

“This is the spot! Great, fast and delicious fried chicken and seafood on Crowley Rd. One of the best Lisa's chicken shops in town. Come by and order something good for yourself. I ate it here and saw customer coming in every 2-3 minutes during lunch time. Good food, good music and friendly staff. Very helpful with menu and easy to order. Big shout to Mr. L and cooks here. They do a very good job. Highly recommend for any visitors or fried chicken lovers. 🍤 🍗👍🏼“

“I was hesitant at first since I had a bad experience at a Lisa’s a couple years ago, but this Lisa’s is like no other. Chicken was just what you’d expect but their extra sides are where it’s at!! Pizza pocket, corn nugs, and corn dogs were crazy good! Also get Gravy snd mashed potato’s and it makes everything 1000x better. Will be adding this to the regular spots to come back to.“
