“Afternoon. Our family has been RELIGIOUS Chick-fil-A supporters everywhere our lives have moved us. Sarasota, Orlando, Sanford, Florida and our last Texas city of Plano. We moved here to Burleson this month and have been frequent drive through customers...Today was our first experience inside your Burleson store... and I'm in literal shock. One of the reasons we've chosen to support Chick-fil-A is not only their quality food, but their facilities and personal experience; and while your food and personal were still up to standard, the facility was unexcusable. I wish I could attach pictures of every disgusting booth (Not only torn apart but massively dirty). I'm questioning how this is allowed corporately because I have never seen anything like it in ANY store we have visited. There is no shortage of customers and it doesn't take much to steam clean cloth seats or replace leather seats? I was very disappointed. I am hoping that our neighborhood Chick-fil-A could be a place I would bring the kids, especially over the summer... and honestly McDonalds was a higher standard than this.. Eesh can't believe I'm saying that.. Sorry, I'm not usually a complainer.. but I LOVE Chick-fil-A and this was embarrassing today.“

“The service was great, and he restaurant was clean. I had the melt with Classic chicken salad. It came on a croissant, and the cheese melted just enough. Delicious! I paired it with a grape salad. The dressing on the salad was a little too sweet, but it was fresh. There are several chicken salad options to choose from, so one is bound to suit you best. Get the trio, like my lunch pal, and taste a few for yourself. Great spot for lunch or a quick bite.“

“Not use to getting great customer service at a lot of drive-thru places lately, but Iris was a pleasant surprise. It is so refreshing to have an employee be so polite and friendly and actually care about customer service. This is the standard that restaurants should look for in their employees. Many times I’ve had people at drive-thru windows not even say a word. Iris made me feel appreciated as a customer. Thank you!“

“Food here is always fresh and made to order , spicy levels aren’t really ideal !! Grim Reaper if you want hot ! I love the chicken bites and chicken sandwich with everything on it !!! &&& I highly recommend cheese on fries . ;) best way to have them !!“

“This is the spot! Great, fast and delicious fried chicken and seafood on Crowley Rd. One of the best Lisa's chicken shops in town. Come by and order something good for yourself. I ate it here and saw customer coming in every 2-3 minutes during lunch time. Good food, good music and friendly staff. Very helpful with menu and easy to order. Big shout to Mr. L and cooks here. They do a very good job. Highly recommend for any visitors or fried chicken lovers. 🍤 🍗👍🏼“

“I was hesitant at first since I had a bad experience at a Lisa’s a couple years ago, but this Lisa’s is like no other. Chicken was just what you’d expect but their extra sides are where it’s at!! Pizza pocket, corn nugs, and corn dogs were crazy good! Also get Gravy snd mashed potato’s and it makes everything 1000x better. Will be adding this to the regular spots to come back to.“
