“We visited this all-you-can-eat sushi buffet for my son’s birthday, and it was the perfect choice. The sushi and sashimi were fresh and delicious, with a great variety of rolls, nigiri, and hot dishes—everything was well-seasoned and beautifully prepared. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive; plates were cleared quickly, refills came right away. The restaurant was clean, spacious, and comfortable, so we could relax and enjoy the celebration. Excellent value for the quality and service—we’ll definitely be back. “Our family of four stopped in for dinner last night to try out our new neighborhood spot and it was so good! The inside is nicely decorated and they have tables and floor tables for dining. The kids got a big kick out of sitting on floor pillows for dinner. The menu is extensive with Korean and Japanese items — including hibachi and sushi! Everything is reasonably priced and is meant to be a fast casual dine-in or takeout spot. So Carrollton folks — if you find yourself going to Sushi Kadan or another neighborhood joint — try this one out too! We have another spot for a tasty and healthy dinner. Kid friendly too! Support local!“

“1st timer! Walked in and I loved the atmosphere and the layout. Sat down and I wasn’t sure how the service worked. Our waitress came by and I mentioned that it was our first time and asked what she would recommend, zero response, just said “What do you want?” We ordered edamame, really good. Vancouver roll- my favorite and highly recommend. Crunch Philadelphia roll and this was just as good. Overall food was amazing and I’ll be back but defiantly need to work on service.“

“Same great quality and service as always from The Blue Fish. Server said this is their concept restaurant since the one at Frankford/Tollway closed. Hand rolls are interesting and very good. 3 for $22 plus you get a side salad. Restaurant was quiet at 7pm and got busy at 9pm on a Saturday night. Largest table size we saw was a 4-top so you'd need to call ahead if you have a large group that needs tables put together. Tight parking but that goes for this entire shopping center. We drive over from Ft. Worth because we love The Blue Fish so much. 🩵“

“Me and my gf all go here. Remind you is it not hibachi place where you do not sit down and they cook in front of you, they cook hibachi to go orders only. They are the best! I get the shrimp and steak with vegatvle, and rice with yum yum sauce! Fresh cooked, the guys are sweet. We highly recommend here.!“

“I came here before heading back out of town and it is absolutely amazing!! The staff is so sweet with a super cute atmosphere, and the food is even better!! I would’ve taken a picture if it hadn’t been so delicious that I ate it all first. Let’s just say my friend with me doesn’t normally like poke but I asked him to try mine, and he was jealous that he didn’t get any for himself. 1000% recommend & will be coming back!
