The waiters and waitresses are nice and always courteous. Their hospitality service is really great. “This place is an absolute must go when you come to COTA! Super friendly owner and staff. Food is excellent, you can tell love and attention goes into what their making. Breakfast Croissants are super fresh, ham is smoked to perfection, and then there are his lunch and dinner foods. Brisket is top notch and rivals that of the other local big guys. Try his Jalepeno cheddar Sausage. Its juicy, and great flavor.“
