“Our food was excellent. Gumbo had great flavor and roux was on point. Grilled octopus was cooked perfectly. The seafood pasta dish was better than expected. It contained mussels, scallops, shrimp and lobster but lacked any significant lobster. 4 mussels, 2 each of shrimp and scallops. The bread service needs an upgrade. It was average at best and was not offered with the gumbo. (Crackers). The key lime pie was excellent. The service and wait time was very nice. Overall, we will definitely return. Their price points are above average IMO for a strip mall type restaurant and the serving sizes, but they did deliver on fresh and well cooked dishes.“

“Love this location in Cedar park. Their sandwiches do not disappoint. I am hooked on the Spicy Italian. The bread is crisp on the outside & soft on the inside. They load it with meat & it is full of flavor. Our regular is the Beef Eater & Reuben. Both are consistently good every visit. Got my birthday reward & chose the strawberry shortcake. WOW! It was loaded with sliced strawberries, 2 layers of pound cake & layers of house made whipped cream. Highly recommend. They have a convenient drive-thru & inside dining is very clean. Great service too.“

“Generous slices, bold flavor, and great service
We were seriously BLOWN AWAY and MASSIVELY impressed with Kizza Pizza.
If you’re a fan of Detroit-style pizza, THIS SPOT is absolutely worth checking out and WORTH the drive! We drove about 40 minutes north of us and are glad we did!
The slices are huge—It feels like you get two for the price of one—and they’re thick, hearty, and loaded with toppings!
We’ve tried everyones favorite Via 313, and honestly, we prefer Kizza. The sourdough crust is thicker in comparison, crisp on the edges, soft in the middle, and each slice felt more substantial and flavorful. They offer 7 different slices of their Detroit style pies, which allows you to basically try them all if you want!
Top Three included:
The Mushroom Taleggio – rich and savory without being too heavy.
The Hot Honey Harvest – perfect balance of sweet and spicy.
The Meat Lover’s – a classic done really well.
Don’t miss the garlic rosemary fries with scallion ranch. Honestly it was an unexpected side, cause after eating pizza who thinks they need more carbs, but they were so crispy and good!
We visited during a super busy time, Ren was incredibly helpful with slice recommendations and very attentive to the dining area—making sure tables were cleaned and guests were taken care of!
They also offer 14” New York–style pies if you’re in the mood for a thinner crust, which is a nice bonus. Also delicious, but we have to say the Detroit stole the show!
They also have dessert, which apparently we will have to go back and experience! Plus we saw a salad that looked pretty epic to!
All in all, the portions are generous, service is friendly and efficient, and the food delivers!
Kizza Pizza is a great option if you're looking for a satisfying and well-executed Detroit slice in Austin!“

“Great family atmosphere, excellent selection of drinks and food. 🍲 thanks for this wonderful place“
“This place is truly awesome. It has a huge beer selection and a pretty open air bar with bench seating. We brought my father-in-law to a pop up comedy show with us here. He is an elderly gentleman in a wheelchair. They were 100% accomodating of him. We all had a good time! Thank you so much to the staff who made him feel amazing!!!“

“Mojo is local drive-thru coffee shop with a few branches around Austin including this place near the corner of FM 620 and Lake Creek Pkwy in North Austin. They are open from 5.30am(weekdays) and 6am (weekends), making them a convenient place for take-away coffee orders on your way to work as well as a place to stop by for an afternoon coffee while on the go. Passed by recently and tried their signature Andes Mint Mocha. This was a expectedly sweet mocha coffee with noticeable hints of mint flavour. It did taste a bit like Andes chocolate mints if in mocha form if that perks your interest. I'd potentially order that signature drink again or might just go with a classic cup of black next time around. Wait staff were very friendly and polite. Overall, this was an interesting and good coffee experience.“

“Very smooth, delicious ice cream. The staff was really friendly and patient. Evidently what I was after was a concrete, and not a jackhammer, and she figured that out and got me setup. They were busy, but itl did not take long for my order. Plenty of workers in there bustling. Good brownie bits, not overly chewy/gummy things thats been sitting in a bin for weeks. It was actual brownie bits. Kudos to them on that. They had cornhole boards setup. Wish my kids were with me because they would have loved that. I assume this a local chain. Sure would be nice if they came to Virginia where I live, because it is a wonderful place!“

“I was sad to see the Leander location close because it was one of our favorite Cajun spots. My family moved from MS to TX about 13 years ago, and we love Cajun food but can’t always find it done right in this area. I was excited to discover the Cedar Park location today when my husband and I were looking for a good brunch spot. That Pain Perdu is perfect every time! Fried Green Tomato Benedict is also delicious. Summer was our server today and she was a gem! Oh, and the pineapple upside down mimosa that she recommended was top notch as well! The band was a nice touch and definitely gave that “Sunday morning in New Orleans” vibe.“

“We had the BEST experience from beginning to end with our larger party at Mags! We hosted our position dinner for the CPHS Linebackers and Coaches in Mag’s “Bullpen” and it was awesome!!! Jordan and Jill went the extra mile having everything ready when we arrived! Jordan made sure that the hungry guys had full drinks, their orders put in/delivered swiftly, and that the chips/queso/salsa was refilled before they could ask!😜 Jordan was an awesome server, had great communication with the guys, and as always was super friendly😊!! The food was perfect and the guys all said it was one of their favorite position meals! We will definitely be coming back to Mag’s and Jordan and Jill for future large parties!“

The bathrooms however need attention no toilet paper and no seat covers in the women's bathroom. The bathroom was clean not stocked. They are very dog friendly and very popular. I would come back here for sure.“

“Oh my... Buy 5lbs, get the 6th free! Service was awesome, and the mud bugs were even better! With or without the Abby's Cajun recipe, the crawfish were full of awesome flavor and were easy to peel. I chose the hot heat level but will be choosing the next level up upon my return. If you like the spice of life, you may want to choose the top tier heat to start off with!“
