Jack in the Box in Conroe

“This is my favorite Jack in the Box!! They know me by name and by my order!! When my kids or hubs stop to get drinks for me, they tell them to say hi to your mom!! In such a big metropolis, it’s so nice to have a place where you are known!! Also, it’s the only one where I don’t have to worry about my order being correct! They always get it right!! Love the Managers, too!! Lelee is the best there is! They are so lucky to have her! Pilar is another gem! As are Linda and Lois! There’s another lady I just love seeing but I cannot pull her name out of my brain at the moment!! I wish I knew everyone’s names!! If she’s there today, I’ll find out cause I know I’ll be there!!“

“Ok so I’m glad to be able to update my review. I’ve been in the drive thru lately early in the mornings (6am) and the service is fast and courteous. Thank you!This was a year ago…Was there this morning at 6:15am and waited at the speaker, Honked for 10 min but no one answered. Drove to the window, honked but no one came. You need at least 2 people working in the morning in case one is a very very deep sleeper?“

“Went to this location and made a mistake on my order that was clearly my fault. But the staff was very nice about it and Steve the manager on duty that evening went above and beyond to fix the issue. All managers should take a class from him on how to treat their customers. Great experience from each employee we encountered this evening.“

“We enjoyed the service at this location. Adonna & Warren was very nice and friendly. They both took the time to help us understand the menu and made sure our order was correct. We had vegetarians in our party, and they made sure the meat items were separated from the vegetarian food selections. We enjoyed their smiling faces and will return to this location in the future because of them👍🏼“
