“I come so often. I’ve had bad experiences but let me tell you something!!!! I come usually at 5/6 am and Matthew is always working. I am so upbeat and full of energy 24:7 and I always play a song and this guy is such a freaking vibe! He always makes sure my food is hot, and I always beg him to karaoke with me in the drive thru. I always look forward to seeing him and interacting because I know my food will be hot, but I also know he is a good sport and goes along with my crap lol. 😂 I literally video our encounters because he is so great!!!!! Makes my day, everyday I come thru this drive thru!
Kudos to Matthew for always going along and being positive and upbeat, even when he doesn’t know my music! So thankful to have someone like him in our community! I hope his manager sees this and gives this man a raise. He truly holds down our jack in the box, sometimes alone, and he ALWAYS is positive and has a smile on his face! Customer service that’s great is hard to find, but we hit the jackpot with him lol. Love you Matthew! Thank you for making my mornings less than average! 😂❤️“
“Always fresh food, fast service, and friendly people at the window. I visit a couple times a month and it’s always a well-run restaurant. Depending on the time of day you might see people doing cross-fit workouts across the street and it helps you not order dessert.“
“We enjoyed the service at this location. Adonna & Warren was very nice and friendly. They both took the time to help us understand the menu and made sure our order was correct. We had vegetarians in our party, and they made sure the meat items were separated from the vegetarian food selections. We enjoyed their smiling faces and will return to this location in the future because of them👍🏼“
“This is my favorite Jack in the Box!! They know me by name and by my order!! When my kids or hubs stop to get drinks for me, they tell them to say hi to your mom!! In such a big metropolis, it’s so nice to have a place where you are known!! Also, it’s the only one where I don’t have to worry about my order being correct! They always get it right!! Love the Managers, too!! Lelee is the best there is! They are so lucky to have her! Pilar is another gem! As are Linda and Lois! There’s another lady I just love seeing but I cannot pull her name out of my brain at the moment!! I wish I knew everyone’s names!! If she’s there today, I’ll find out cause I know I’ll be there!!“
