So juicy and crispy, just delicious. I recommend getting the sauce for the chicken on the side for dripping. This place is super chill, with K-pop music for ambiance. They have call buttons on the tables, so you can't go wrong with the service. I will definitely come back!“

“I always ask for my fries extra crispy and there's one location that almost never does it but by the time I get home it's too late. sent in the customer satisfaction survey and the manager said "we don't have a recipe for extra crispy fries" and to check my food before I leave. what's the point of someone reading your order off to ensure accuracy of it's not actually accurate???“

“I ordered the quarter white with mac n cheese and Mexican rice. Food comes out hot and fresh always. Tender chicken, just the right amount of cheese, and the corn is sweet with a mild amount of heat. So good!

“Ordered a few box combos and they were missing some chicken strips. Called them and they said they said just come by and they’ll make it right. Was super nice customer service for a simple mistake. Yeah it was a little inconvenient but hey I ended up with more food than I paid for. They’ll make it right.“

“This is the best Chick-fil-A in the area! We go to all the Chick-fil-A’s in the area and the Long Prairie FLO MO is hands-down the best one ! Everything is always cooked perfectly and never overdone. Everyone is always friendly and everything is executed perfectly! They must have some fantastic management going on!“

“Went to the Aubrey location for the first time. Had the spicy ranch chicken sandwich, fried mushrooms, and fingers with fries. Everything was hot and delicious! Outstanding customer service. Employees checked on us several times. Highly recommend this location.“

“Love this place. Their dipping sauce is the best. One word of precaution though: Do Not get the coleslaw! Two visits in a row their coleslaw tasted exactly like dish soap. Even smelled like soap. Since it’s happened twice I’ll assume it doesn’t actually have soap in it and I have to figure some ‘secret’ ingredient or combination of ingredients in the recipe creates that taste. Unfortunately there isn’t much to substitute it for so it’s just kind of a waste.
UPDATE: Went back tonight and out of morbid curiosity I got the coleslaw again just to see… and it tasted great! So I’m happy on the one hand but on the other hand now I’ve got to believe that it actually was hand soap that I tasted in the last two trips (which I guess is not that weird knowing that we go there often and they probably make a big batch) and it’s possible I got two cups from the same batch. So moral to this story? I’m glad I spoke up and (hopefully) they threw out the old batch. But now more than ever I say, at least in the near term, definitely check the coleslaw before you eat it! Plus, considering this new revelation I’m down grading the food stars to 3.“

“We enjoy going to the University location often. Their employees are sweet with big smiles. They are very accommodating with dietary restrictions. And the best part, they help you find better deals. My husband and I used to get 2 orders of the 4 minis for breakfast. They told us they had a 10 mini deal and we could use our points to get extra tots if we wanted an extra one. We've been able to enjoy this every time we've gone. And if a mistake is ever made, they fix it right away without issue. Great service, great food, and sweet people.“

“My 4 year old got so excited when one of the Lady managers struck up a conversation on how pretty her dress was. While I was ordering Iris is usually shy around new people but took to her and did her own 4 year old conversation. How pretty her dress was and made it a awsome experience for Iris. “Ordered food for the family. We left and realized they didn't give us some of the extras we ordered. Called them up and they apologized for the mistake and said we could come get the extras if that worked for us. We went back and they gave us what we ordered. They also included some free dessert. We love this KFC/Taco Bell. Always have had good service and good food.“

“Food and service was great the only problem I had is that not even one of them is wearing hairnets or gloves. Which led to me getting a refund from finding a hair an the man arguing with me in front of everyone. An the girl who's hair it was talking crap in Spanish not noing I'm fluent! O well I got my refund. An the food was good up until the hair. O one more thing The legs didn't have ANY MEAT AT ALL ..“

“I had an order to be messed up on Sunday 10/27/24 I returned to the store on the following day and spoke with Ms.J the manager she handle the situation very well and elegant. She made sure I left happy and satisfied. She also was very polite as well as her staff. Ms. J was very well mannered and showed me sooo much respect and I would recommend anyone to her store. Thanks Ms J.“
