“I fell hard for roti buns in Indonesia about 10 years ago, and my wife and I have often reminisced about those fluffy, buttery, semi-sweet marvels, and talked about how perfect they are as a breakfast food. However, we were never able to find them anywhere... until now.

PappaRoti doesn't quite live up to the Indonesian roti chains (Rotiboy and Rotio), but it's still absolutely delicious. I've only tried the signature bun, and today I had some chai with it. The chai is excellent - very authentic, nicely and not too sweet (like it is in just about every coffee place). The service is also always friendly and helpful.

“This place was super chill and I will definitely go back. My only hesitation to visit was wondering if it was dog friendly. I did not see anything mentioning outdoor seating or being dog friendly. The most disappointing thing about my visit was arriving after dropping my dog off at home only to find that it is in fact dog friendly and had 2 dogs inside. The drinks were good and tasted better than the straight Kava I have made at home in the past.

“Avoca has some of the best iced coffee in Denton. My go to is the iced vanilla latte with oat milk or the TX Bourbon butterscotch iced latte with oat milk. They usually have a decent pastry selection as well. The atmosphere is great for meeting a friend or just relaxing by yourself with a morning coffee. There is an outside patio also. The barista’s are really nice and know their coffee. Highly recommend!“

“I love Starbucks coffee and some of the Starbucks are super cozy hangout places. This location isn’t as cozy as some of the others I’ve visited. It’s fine for a quick coffee but it wasn’t as inviting as I’d hoped in ascetics. The service was excellent. And location is convenient. The coffee is consistently good.“

“This is by far my favorite location in the area.It has a lot of places to sit both inside and outside.The furniture is nice and kept clean .The people who work here care and are always super sweet.It makes a bad morning a good one .And I have not had a bad experience here .Even when a mistake is made they always make it right and with a genuine smile.They deserve to be recognized for the effort put in each day .

Dietary restrictions: They accomodate those who prefer less sweetener in their daily drinks.

Parking: They have pre order parking spots for those who are in and out .And way more spaces to park as I drive a bigger truck to park in visinity to the entrance.

Kid-friendliness: I bring my step daughter here from time to time and not once have I felt they were unfriendly.They have protein boxes for kids here .

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp in the front of this location.“

“Such a cute place!! This has become my 13 & 17 year old daughter & her friends new favorite place for our weekly sweet treat on Fridays after school. One of them pick a place each week & lately Everbowl has become their favorite. Everyone behind the counter is so sweet, the bowls are amazing & I love the bruschetta toast. I vote having a freezer with a few premade bowls. My daughter always wishes we could grab an extra one on our way out to eat in the morning, just a suggestion. Renovated in 2024. Have you heard of Starbucks Pilot Store? There’s currently only three locations and they’re all located in DFW Area of great state of Texas!

Starbucks Pilot Store - introduces and tests new products before they are available to the market. This was one of the first locations that acquired “Clover Coffee Machine.” Now you can find them in more locations.

“Clover Coffee Machine,” freshly grind and pour your coffee in less than a minute. If you listen very carefully, it makes fun sounds before it pours your coffee. Friendly reminder, while you stay at any Starbucks, your hot or cold coffee and tea are on the house.

Since they remodeled this location, in 2024, it’s much more roomy and cozy. When you first come in, to the right, you’ll find large, conference-size table with nine chairs. Above the table is a large, beautiful art piece of, “Green Coffee Branches.” The space where this table is located used to be a closed-off private room you could reserve, now available for everyone.

To the left of the main entrance, you will find more great seating options. Against the windows, there’s a large, leather bench with five tables with five additional chairs. More seating is available with seven comfortable green chairs around tables.

This location does get fairly busy and it can be difficult to stay here and get work done since the Wi-Fi can be spotty. Parking can be difficult depending on when you come here. They offer roughly 25 parking spaces with few handicap spaces.

I’ve been here before it was remodeled and improvements are significantly better. I think the staff do a great job, efficient and are friendly. I’ve had my drink brought to my table if I’m sitting down for a while or they offer large Pick-Up counter.

Patio offers twelve tables with twenty-eight chairs.

Overall, come enjoy this Newly-Renovated space and stay awhile. Located near Grapevine Mills Mall, off Stars and Stripes and 2499 Service Road.“

I have however noticed lately someone in the industry (manager or owner maybe?) has been there more often and it tends to bring the crew down and really deflates the atmosphere. It’s pretty sad to witness actually. Hoping they fix whatever’s going on because I’d hate to see this crew broken up :(“
