“The lady taking care of the lobby,(I didn't get her name) makes them who they are, attentive, polite, and the place is sparkling clean!

All of the staff seems great, but she really shined!

“Best chicken and fries basket I’ve ever had. Tried it for the first time a couple of months ago and is my to go place when I’m in the area. Wish they had one where I lived but the drive is worth it. Staff is friendly and seating area is sufficient. The place clean and they’re fast taking out orders.“

I’m currently writing this as I finish up the meal I just purchased from here and let me just say, I’ve been to many Hartz locations and this one is by far exemplary compared to all others! The food was fresh and hot, great portions, no hesitation with giving condiments, great communication, short wait times on food, and to top it all off… the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS DEFINITELY THERE! “OUR ORDER WAS WRONG! If you read that please keep reading. We didn't receive part of our order and instead of calling DoorDash and asking for a refund, after trying the food we did receive, we decided we wanted our complete order because EVERYTHING was so good. we asked for them to just bring us our fries that we were missing and instead the manager said if you come get it we well just replace everything and I am one happy customer to get to eat them AMAZING food tomorrow! Its a little on the higher end for our eating out budget but it is WORTH EVERY PENNY!“

Today they dropped the ball big time, they delivered my order to my house mind you a live 3 minutes away and my sandwich was missing I immediately called let them know she said she would get it delivered to me right away and 40 minutes later I still had no sandwich I called back and the leader or who ever she was said she had sent it out right away but the driver had other deliveries… my thing is you messed up my order so now you’ve made me wait an hour to get a sandwich delivered that you missed the first time.so I do not recommend getting things delivered just in case you’re missing things you won’t be priority to receiving the items missed.“

The food is fresh, hot and staff is courteous. You have a choice of the chicken baked or fried. They do sell fried fish as well. The baked chicken was tender & falling off the bone. I was so, hungry I didn't take a picture. Next time...“

“In spite of being super busy (double drive thru lined up well past where the line to begin around the building), outstanding fast and super professional service - best I've ever experienced from a fast food restaurant!!! Order was exactly as requested and a very tasty spicy chicken deluxe combo. We'll be back just to support and enjoy such great service but also for the delicious food ;)“

“I love this place! I don't eat fast food, but this works for me since it's Chicken, and unlike the competition, I can eat for 2 days (I love leftovers) for under $20, so that's a win for me. Also, I have never liked Coleslaw until eating theirs. It's perfect because it's not all runny and has sustenance and crunch to it. My only complaint is that I think they should offer 2 sauces starting out, instead of one, and then charge for anything after that. One is never enough, even for the smaller meals, in which I always buy the Box.“
