“It’s a positive review for the staff and food but a negative review for corporate. Starting off the positive part was the staff are super nice, attentive and keep the food fresh unlike a lot of the other locations I’ve been to so thank you and I’ll be back to this location in the future. For my negative review it’s towards corporate because I Went through the drive through and ordered which was an absolute pain dealing with the AI it’s a turn off I’m gonna avoid it at all costs it’s hard to order if you want to change things up and not quick. Hopefully the managers can take this and use this to figure out if they wanna use the AI or not for taking orders at the drive.“

“Really great food, the people are very nice and friendly. I love the environment and music . I will have to come back and enjoy more dishes. Today, I wasn't really hungry, so I ordered a small egg drop soup and crab wonton. My daughter got some dumplings, and my husband got chicken lettuce wrap and a house noodle soup. “I have been going here on and off for around 5-6 years. The family that owns it is very accommodating and the sons are always there working hard when I come in! We love supporting family owned small businesses that make wonderful food. The pho always feels like a soup your mom or aunt had made. All love for pho Asian star ⭐ ❤️“

“Glad to find such a great Chinese option in Denton that is not a buffet. Our family and friends have to go at least once a week to this lovely family owned and operated place. The Kung Pao Chicken, Garlic Chicken, Hunan Chicken, Pad Thai, beef lo mien, pork green beans, dumplings, and hot/sour soup are our favorites. The chicken is very tender, lots of sauteed vegetables in the dishes, careful attention to the spices, good portion size/value, and prompt service. The online menu has more description of the ingredients included in each dish than the physical menu in the restaurant, but the owners are happy to help assist you in finding something of your liking.“

“I can't stop eating here. The food is soooo good. The restaurant is enormous so no problem finding a table. I recommend the Crispy Spicy Beef. It's a great dish with enough there to feed 2-3 people. I always have leftovers. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the DFW and I've been to many. It's a bright and airy space and the staff there is super friendly. The food is fresh and always looks amazing. I sometimes feel guilty eating here so much, it's that good. I noticed they seem to do more take out orders than people dining in. I live about 25 minutes away so I take my time and eat there. Bonus points Braums is right next door for some ice cream after a great 888 dinner.“

“We have ordered from here twice now and we love it . I got the shrimp chow mein and hubby ordered moo shu pork . They have a family meal for $26.00 which is a great deal. The food is great and the order is correct. This is are new favorite place .“

“Must be family owned - the same woman is always at the front and she is SO SWEET! Amazing service, we always do pickup. But food takes MAYBE 10 minutes to be made. Super quick. And food quality is AMAZING. Just giving credit where it's due. This golden pot is amazing! Highly recommend. Fully convinced the bad reviews are straight chads and karens bc we've ordered here at LEAST once a week for like.. 2 months lol. Always consistent.“

“The food is always consistent. It's hot when delivered, chicken has no weird bits. The service is really nice too. Super friendly on the phone remembers your number and is always happy to take orders even when slammed. The inside is nice, I've eaten in maybe once or twice. It's very clean.“

“The food was delicious. From the rich flavors to the perfect blend of spices, every dish was a delightful experience. The staff are bilingual, there is no language barrier. But just like any other joint here in DFW, it's a bit pricy for the portions. I always order takeout so I can't say anything about the ambiance of the place other than there are occasional diners that come in small groups.“
