“The food was great, but the service… OUTSTANDING! James was the definition of hospitality. He was greeting everyone, talking customers through the menu and when he wasn’t ringing in orders he was checking on all the tables. He stopped at our table and played around with our kiddos. He even talked about how they support the LE fire department. Just overall, a great experience.“

“I was having a really bad week and my experience with a manager here brought back some of my faith in humanity. The kindness and selflessness shown by this manager has touched my heart in so many ways. They reminded me of the importance of community. I did not catch their name but they deserve recognition. They had luxurious brown hair and had a gold necklace on. 10/10 human and 10/10 sandwich. 🫶🏻“

“I have always liked schlotzskys food and this location was also good. What i want to comment on is the service and staff. When we went today and ordered the food and sat down to wait..and wait and wait I decided to ask after 20 min if it normally takes this long for the food and of course the nice lady who took our order said no and went to check. She came back and said they had not even started our order at which time I definitely got upset and asked for a refund. The manager came out and started giving excuses and due to my bad day and then this flub I wasn't even trying to listen and just kept saying give me my refund. This manager stayed fully composed during this incident, did refund all of my money even though I told him I did receive my cinnamon rolls and expected to pay for what I had gotten. After this he asked that I please give him 2 minutes and my food would be out and completely free. I did as he asked and our food was brought out promptly. To be honest I wouldn't have been able to deal with my attitude if I was in his shoes and stayed so positive. I let him know personally that he did a great job and I was sorry for loosing my composure. I also felt the need to let everyone know that this establishment has kind employees and will try to correct anything that may come up during a visit. Honestly need more people in the world with this man's positive energy. I hope his higher ups read this and praise him and his staff for the good job they do.“

“Jimmy John’s absolutely delivered… literally and figuratively. Ordered for delivery, and as always they were incredibly fast, fresh, and completely on top of everything. Our order arrived quickly, neatly packed, and every single item was there exactly as expected, which always makes the whole experience even better.
The Pepe sandwich was delicious — classic, fresh, and exactly what you want when you’re craving something quick but still really satisfying. And can we talk about the jalapeño chips for a second? They are hands-down some of my favorites. Somehow they always have that perfect crunch with just the right amount of bold jalapeño flavor in every bite. Seriously, how do they get them that good?

“Go get the flatbread, chicken, bacon, ranch with southwest chipotle Baja chipotle, and some mayonnaise salt, pepper, spinach, bell pepper, and onion, and tell me if that’s not the best sandwich you’ve ever had (I forgot to mention that you have to toast it 1.5x) makes the bacon and the chicken taste way better.“

“So the lady working was just awesome I was a little cold and when I mentioned it to her without hesitation she went and adjusted the temperature to make me comfortable even though I'm sure she was hot cause she was in the back working. My sandwich was amazing this was the first time eating at subway since they started slicing the meat. The bathrooms were clean along with the restaurants as a whole! Kristina absolutely made my day! She is a hard worker! She deserves a raise“

“I’m giving these girls five stars for their patience, professionalism, and how well they handled a very difficult and disrespectful customer. While I was in line, the customer ahead of me started by saying she only wanted one sandwich, but that quickly turned into five, holding up the entire line.
As one employee (a shorter girl with glasses) was making the sandwiches, the customer began speaking to her in a very rude and disrespectful tone. You could clearly see it catch the other employee off guard, who was putting bread away at the time. She immediately stepped in to help, taking over some of the sandwiches and supporting her coworker. It was obvious she wasn’t going to let her coworker be treated that way, but she still stayed calm and professional.
The customer continued to make things more difficult by constantly adding more items and changing what she wanted, piling on vegetables and then suddenly asking for avocado in an aggressive way. Despite this, both employees stayed patient and kept working efficiently.
When it was my turn, the employee (I believe her name was Maddy or Madison) greeted me with a smile and helped me right away, even while still managing the situation with the other customer. She stayed polite, focused, and respectful the entire time. After finishing the customer’s order, Maddy clearly asked if she wanted chips, drinks, or cookies, and even repeated the order back to confirm. The customer had multiple chips on the counter but never asked for drinks. Moments later, she rudely demanded to know where her drinks were. Maddy calmly explained that she hadn’t ordered any, while still keeping a smile and professional attitude. The situation didn’t end there the customer continued complaining, slamming items around, and speaking disrespectfully, even in front of her daughter which is crazy how would you feel if your kid was being treated in that way? At one point, it even looked like she took a picture of the employees, which was completely unnecessary and inappropriate.
Despite everything, both employees handled the situation with patience, teamwork, and maturity. You can tell they’re young, but they stayed composed under pressure and continued to treat everyone with respect. It was honestly shocking to see how poorly the customer behaved, but these girls handled it incredibly well and deserve recognition for their hard work. (I’m sorry if your name wasn’t “Maddy” I think I heard your coworker say your name when she was asking you a question” Good job girls!“
