“There was a small line not too too busy. The ceiling was leaking from the vents that was scary. Hazardous and extremely dangerous with it without a wet floor sign. Our food was delicious and I am Glad I came back to Killeen I only wish another captain d’s would come back our way! Missing a piece of home. “This was one of the best restaurant experiences we have had in a long time. The manager greets you with a huge smile on his face and is so welcoming and gracious, like a ray of sunshine. Our waiter (Jordan) was perfect- knowledgeable about the food, friendly and constantly checked on us. Water continuously refilled and the food was so delicious. Drinks were wonderful too! “I don't recommend, I'm guessing there is new management/owners? Just so everyone knows the restaurant closes at 4 pm, on Sundays, you'd only know that if you come to the Facebook page. Online it shows 8 pm. Rude service, had to keep asking for items or refills. When we did get refills, they sent a kid over to fill them up. The girl looked no older than 11/12 and when she's pouring the drinks she's spilling it all over the place. She rolled her eyes, at us, when we spoke to her. When we told her thank you, no one, at the table got a response. Not to mention when we tried calling multiple times, to inquire about having the party, no one ever answered the phone all week. We had to go in person and inquire about the party. My sister had to drive about 30 mins, to ask simple questions, only to get told that they have known that their phones have been down. Do better people. This restaurant has been a staple in South Fort Worth for decades. Your customers are what keeps your doors open. Will be going to La Playa from now on.“

They all go above there duties to make every customer feel so welcome as family. The food quality is amazing. Jimmy the manager we see him 1 or 2x a week because he and all his staff makes you want to come back for all the great sea food. They are so family friendly here. My lil girl is autistic and when they see us come in the accommodate our seating to make her feel comfortable. Go jimmy.. You are the best.
