“Just want to give local table the best review. My young family of 5 had dinner here tonight and Felix, our server, was absolutely wonderful. Three toddlers got their food which came out right away, mom and dad got drinks, and we were made to feel welcome even though it was hard to keep the attention of young toddler children. Felix made it totally possible and was absolutely perfect (as best as it can be eating out with young children). We don't get out often but it's nice to get out every once in awhile. So grateful for the attentiveness and care with which we were shown.“

“Not our normal go to for Mexican food, but I like to try different places. My wife got a new job, so while the kids were at school, we had a little celebration lunch. Service was a little slow for only a few others in there, I had to flag our waitress to order and again to get our check, but overall not bad, food came out really fast. My wife had cheese enchilada with rice and beans. I had the (3) tacos lunch with two hard and one soft taco. Chips and dip were pretty good, red salsa would be better if it was warm. Both are meals were very good, fresh and delicious and we had a small take-out left over. Located less than a 1/2 mile off I-290 beside the Krogers, pretty easy access for travelers.“

“Myself and a couple of friends went in today for lunch. I am so glad we did! Evelyn was our server. She was friendly and took care of everything we needed. The food was fantastic. We shared an order of onion rings, which were the best I’ve had since moving to Cypress. Great tasting ranch to dip them in as well. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. I was super impressed with the burger. The bun was awesome, the meat was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Had that little bit of char that tasted so good! We will DEFINITELY be going back. So glad to have a place like this so close to home. It’s a shame I hadn’t tried it sooner.“

“My wife and I went here because she received a coupon for a discount. We really liked it. We went on a Monday night, so there were a lot of people there for the football game. There was a special on burgers so I had a burger and fries that were very tasty. It was very well made. My wife had the black-and-blue flat bread, which was Angus steak and blue cheese. She also had a Caesar salad. I had a light lager beer from a brewery in Galveston that was very nice with my food, while my wife had a gin lavender spritz. Then we shared a glass of Founders Kentucky Breakfast Stout, which was lovely.
Service was great, it just was a little loud in there as people were revved up for the game. We'll definitely go again.“

“Since im a fan of taco trucks, I tried this one recently. The tacos were definitely on the much smaller side for the price but meat was delicious. I also got their hot sauces and spicy onions. I also ordered the chicken torta which I was not a fan of. Not sure but maybe it was the creamy cheese it in. Bread was good but overall it was very average.
They have nice picnic benches in a covered area which was great. Service was friendly and the lady taking orders understood English very well.
The food truck is in a parking lot so parking is mostly not an issue.“

“Literally the BEST chicken fried rice I’ve ever had in my life. Very consistent too. I’ve been getting chicken fried rice for 2+ years. The chicken to rice ratio couldn’t be better, there’s so much chicken. I just ordered for delivery and they dropped it off within 10 minutes. Amazing service and amazing food. Great prices too. 10/10 overall.“

“I have been coming to this China Wok since I was 5 or so. I'm now 29, and this is still my favorite spot for Chinese. It has set a standard of flavor, quality, quantity, and price for me regarding Chinese food. They are always ready to accommodate each order up to their ability, but I've never been told no to anything I requested. The quantity of food you get for the price is the best in town. The inside dining area is small with a couple of tables and chairs. I could go on and on, but it's best if you just try it. My favorite is the house special fried rice, with the add-on of shrimp, egg rolls, and wonton soup.“

“Really good food and fast service. Started coming here because they have lunch specials until 4 PM, whereas it is 3 PM at all other Asian restaurants, which is just too early for me to make it in time.

Only downside is you don't get an egg roll with lunch specials and I LOVE egg rolls.

One more thing to keep in mind: the name Spicy chen is a misnomer.... The dishes aren't actually spicy at all. Even if you order extra spicy, it's just barely spicy.“

“Best new restaurant in Cypress... Ta' Bueno Mexican Kitchen is fantastic and legit! (menu pics included at the end). Three of us chose dishes from the Street Foods section of the menu. I went with the Las Quekas - Lightly toasted blue corn tortillas filled with al pastor pork meat and cheese. Served with a side of charro beans, grilled onions, pico de gallo and salsa. We were off to a great start, it was all really good, even the charro beans were awesome. My son went with the Tacos de Birria - Tough cuts of beef meat are cooked until tender and juicy with flavorful chilies and Mexican spices. Served with pico de gallo on a lightly toasted corn tortillas and cheese, side of consomme, grilled onions and salsa. Pretty stellar stuff! My friend chose Pambazo - Pambazo is a Mexican dish or antojito made with pambazo bread dipped and fried in a red guajillo pepper sauce and filled with papas con chorizo, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and queso fresco. I had a bite and loved it as much as she did. My other friend had the Shrimp Tacos - 2 soft hand-made corn tortillas filled with grilled shrimp, shredded cabbage and chipotle creamy sauce. Served with black beans. We all agreed that this place is quite wonderful! We also had a Michelada with Modelo Especial and I had a house frozen margarita (the margarita are wine based or mpact) but still pretty good. Dessert, was some of the best flan I had in a long time. Perfect texture and flavor. We all definitely want to go back and try more, the flavor profiles are phenomenal here. Excellent warm sala made with fresh tomatoes. “Bobo Garden is delicious! I'm so glad my husband found it a few months ago. I have loved everything I've tried. I'm always a little leary of trying shrimp at a small Chinese restaurant, but I’m so glad I did! The Kung Pao Shrimp was amazing. I'm also a fan of Egg Foo Young, which can be ruined if too greasy. It was perfect. To top it all off they have some delicious desserts. The service is always top-notch and the prices are VERY reasonable, especially these days when restaurants are raising prices due to the economy.“
