“Jimmy johns sandwiches are so much better than subway nowadays. The only reason this location loses a star is because there was some serious gangster music playing the entire time I tried to sit there and eat lunch. It was pretty obnoxious, even for someone with pretty diverse music interests. This was just way too much.“

“I tried Jalapeño Ranch Chicken Wrap with coke. I absolutely loved it. They are famous for cold sandwiches or wraps. They’re really good.
I feel they could increase the quantity as per American standards. Other than that I love their wraps.
I recommend for others.“

“Went here yesterday. Poor review score made me a bit wary. Not sure what's up with that, but I had a great experience. Staff was friendly and communicative, we even joked around a bit. Location was very clean and organized. I'll admit I didn't think I was a huge fan of Jimmy John's food, but my wife had a craving and wasn't feeling well so I went to pick it up... And it was one of the best itialian sandwiches I've had, from a chain at least. I went in not hungry, not thrilled, came out feeling very helped by staff and devouring a sandwich I couldn't get enough of. Jimmy John's....you're alright. We're about to move out of country and I think I've been missing out the past 8 years living here.. So... Expand into Canada? I'll be waiting.

“I’ve been eating at Jimmy Johns for roughly 25 years now. This is one of the better stores, although I’ve never really had a many negative experience at any one of the many stores. I inadvertently ordered the Italian nightclub when I meant to order the spicy East Coast, and the very nice young men Alex & Victor gave me a side of the cherry peppers that my sandwich had been missing because I put it in the wrong order. They made the sandwich exactly the way I liked it, just like they would make it in an Italian deli in the northeast, which to me is perfection, and the reason why I believe that Jimmy Johns is above and beyond the best chain sub sandwich shop.. Very positive experience once again at this store.

Now, as for the music this by no means is going to affect my five star review because music is far less important than the actual food and service provided. Now, I realize I’m kind of old at 54 being an old rock ‘n’ roll guy, however, part of the allure of Jimmy Johns aside from having awesome sandwiches, and cool clever little signage throughout their locations, is the old school classic rock ‘n’ roll that almost every Jimmy Johns restaurant has been playing since I’ve been going. It’s fitting for JJ’s. I don’t recall a restaurant not playing rock music that is so fitting to the whole Jimmy Johns persona . This particular location was playing, I’m guessing 21st century pop / club music that was just dreadful lol. But again, maybe not for somebody who’s 20 something, but for a dude that’s been eating a JJ’s for 25-ish years since his 20s that classic rock music was most definitely missed at this location. This pop / club-like music is not fitting for Jimmy Johns in my humble opinion. Not a deal killer, not really that relevant, but just something I wanted to add for management to consider. I get it, most people hit the drive-through so it’s not even relevant, but I like to take the time to sit in the restaurant to enjoy my food. Still, five stars all the way! …“

“First time impression at Jimmy John’s: cool two guys behind the counter making good sandwiches! They greet with a smile and wait to serve you! I love the clean environment and the food is great. I ordered #7 The Spicy East Coast Italian! It delivered just the right spicy-ness and savory flavors from the salami & capocollo and the flavorful provolone cheese! He was incredibly friendly, right on time, and made sure my order was perfect down to the last detail. “Decent sandwich at a decent price. The ultimate porker was pretty good and was made quickly during the weekday lunch rush. All the ingredients seemed fresh, and the location was clean. This location is downtown where parking is slim, so it caters to the office crowd.“

“I worked at the store and they did not pay me for two wings and a tip out cash out for delivery driving they never paid me and I worked my butt off and they never paid me at all. They keep saying they sent my checks through the mail they never did if I were you I would never work for the store because other employees were already warning me that they do that that they try to get out from paying you and that’s exactly what they’re doing to me they’re trying not to pay me.and I’m talking about the one in downtown Dallas the one off victory and his name is Luke they will not pay you be careful working for them that’s the most dishonest store I have ever worked at in my life!!!!“

“Love their bread, soft and always fresh. You can buy a day old bread for cheap. They started offering a smaller size sandwich of the Originals called the Little John for $3. Less calories and a great size alternatives for those that can't finish the 8" sandwich. The Turkey Tom and Totally Tuna are our favorites. We dined in and had a good service from this location.“

“Does not have the option to leave negative stars however I’ll just leave them blank. The workers were rude and very condescending with me and decided to tell me he deal with people all day, not sure what that means however he was reminded that being rude is not part of his job description and he should be glad that he at least have employment. Due to the negative interaction I had with this location I will not go back again. This was my first time stopping in just wanted a quick snack and I will definitely not eat at another location because of this one location. I am big on service and the service that was received here was at a -10 stars.“

“For the past four years, Kenny and his crew have gone above and beyond in taking care of our volunteers at our annual event. The volunteers consistently rave about the food—its quality, taste, and freshness. Coupled with the convenience and efficiency that JJ's team brings, it truly makes a positive difference every year. We’re incredibly grateful for their outstanding service! Highly recommend for small or large orders. IE we ordered 18 boxes of 1/3 sized sandwiches, 30 small subs per box. Order in advance.“
