I was surprised by all the workers, who were very attentive and friendly, especially the brunette, even though she doesn't speak Spanish, trying to give a better service. Congratulations to the manager, helping to work, as a team, the tables and the floor are very clean. I have visited McDonald's a lot and they tend to Reluctantly and everything was hot and fast.
This location has the worst customer service skills imaginable. They charge for ketchup and water, WHY? And they never get your order right. My daughter went yesterday and she ordered a simple chicken sandwich with extra onions and mayo the sandwich first off was dry and there was ONE pickles and no onion. And they made her drive back around to replace it. And then after that they told her to 'pull to lot 1' and we still had to wait. Just terrible services all together!!! They...read full review
