“The food here is always top notch! The salsa has good flavor while not being too hot. The chips are light and crisp. The tortillas are on point. The grilled onions and peppers are at the perfect level of doneness. The bean soup I add avacado to. It’s amazing. The verde sauce and sour cream sauce on the enchiladas are so good I get both. And the acoustic panels on the ceiling are essential in a brick and concrete space that is as busy as Ebar always is. Makes for a pleasant environment. 🤌“

The combo # Juan is a great way to sample many items because it includes a beef taco, cheese enchilada, chicken taco, guacamole, along with beans and rice.“

“We love Rafa’s! We dine here weekly, as this is our all time favorite Tex Mex. The food is amazing and the service is impeccable. Joe has been taking great care of us for over 25 years and provides the best service! He knows exactly what we want to order without us ever saying a word, even the extra serranos and all! It’s always great to be greeted by Sofie’s sweet smile. These guys are like family and are what make this place so special to us.“

“my husband and myself enjoyed and early dinner today at the Dallas location. We had the best waitress named LuLu. Her service was so fast and she was so attentive. I had the tortilla soup and the bowl was huge. It was fresh and perfectly seasoned. My husband had the fajita nachos and we shared some queso and tortillas of course and it was all fantastic. Can't forget about the frozen margaritas, they were the perfect compliment to our dinner. This location treats us wonderfully everytime we come.“

“4/19/25. The general manager, Ish, is a treasure! I have never seen a manager more engaged with the customers and his staff. He seated us and took our drink order and stopped by several times to check on us. You could tell how much he is loved by all the customers greeting him with hugs. He is always impeccably dressed and his signature hair is fabulous. We were seated by the bar and I’ve never seen a more efficient group behind the bar. The bartender was making multiple drinks from the extensive drink menu with ease. His bar back was on top of it as well. We only wish we were closer (we’re north of Denton) to go more often instead of just when the Dallas Stars are playing.“

Location is in the newer end of the terminal, near the (also new) restrooms which are few and far between. Worth the walk down here!“

“A classic nothin’ fancy neighborhood Mexican restaurant. The menu has both classic Tex-Mex combos and Mexican favorites like chicken mole. Excellent, friendly service. Decent, not too sweet frozen margaritas. The small individual bowls of complimentary “borracho” pinto beans (delivered along with the also-complimentary basket of chips and good salsa) are delicious.

Parking: Plenty of parking in front of the strip center it’s located in.

“Definitely one of the best places I've eaten at an airport. I was unsure what to order and was recommended the burrito. It was possibly the best burrito I have ever had and was fairly priced for airport costs. I would recommend splitting it with another person as it also includes chips and salsa. The chips and salsa were great, the salsa just cought me off guard with it's spice. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has time to spare at the Dallas airport!“

“Bre was our server. Absolutely the best service I’ve had coming here. I have been here 3 times and this is the first memorable time. Amazing cocktail recommendations, and food preferences.

She also put up with our puppy who was very vocal our entire dinner. He barked and wanted to play and this was the only serve that took time out of their day to spend time and be kind.

The bacon and sausage breakfast tacos were standout. The tacos were simple and nothing complex but made at a very high level. We will definitely come back here when craving breakfast tacos.“

“La Calle Doce is a gem! We went for Friday lunch and loved everything—the cozy, beautifully maintained old house, peaceful vibe, and excellent service. I had the lunch special with fish soup and a ceviche tostada, and my husband had the salmon salad. Both were incredible, and the spicy ranch waters were a fun bonus. I was expecting standard service but he went above and beyond. I have a speech impediment so I know taking my order isn’t the easiest but he was very patient and answered any questions I had. I got the Cancun Meal which came with an tamal, enchilada, crispy taco, rice/beans and tortillas. Perfect plate to try everything and everything tasted great! Something to note, only learned cause I asked. There are three different salsas for your chips. The standard one is a warm, more liquid version but you can ask for a fresca or picosa option too! I asked for the fresca and my peers tried it and everyone wanted the fresca option instead! Give it a try! Service was spectacular from beginning to end.“
