“One of the better places in Midlothian. Burgers and fries were seasoned well, patties had a good crust, and the bun wasn’t soggy. Trompo tacos were solid especially with the green salsa. Overall good fresh food for an affordable price. Would recommend and come back.“

“I’m a regular customer at Mi Casa in Waxahachie, and the one thing that stands out above almost any other restaurant is their attention to service.
You will NEVER have an empty glass for more than about 20 seconds. Chips and salsa running low? Boom—they’re already bringing more. These guys are on top of it. The staff is friendly, attentive, and they don’t linger around your table. If anything, they might be too fast!
I’ve eaten here a lot, and what really impresses me is the consistency. The quality of the food, the presentation on the plate, and the taste are always there.
One of my favorite things to do is mix their salsa and queso together. Trust me on this one—it’s phenomenal.
But the shrimp enchiladas are the star of the show for me. I honestly wish I had a better vocabulary to describe how good they are. They’re that good. If you come here and don’t know what to order, get the shrimp enchiladas.
Mi Casa is a 10/10 spot for me. If you’re in Waxahachie, you have to give this place a try. Great food, incredible service, and consistently good every time I come in.
You will not be disappointed.

“Always a pleasure to spend a Friday evening at Tio Tony's. The staff is really the star of this place. You always feel like you are family. Seating, food, service, all quick and quality. Pricing is a good deal, as well. It's not fancy, but it's like eating at a restaurant owned by a family friend. Great deal for the price!“

“La Calle Doce is a gem! We went for Friday lunch and loved everything—the cozy, beautifully maintained old house, peaceful vibe, and excellent service. I had the lunch special with fish soup and a ceviche tostada, and my husband had the salmon salad. Both were incredible, and the spicy ranch waters were a fun bonus. Some of the best food I’ve had in Dallas—can’t wait to go back!“

“Super Service from Our Very Own Clark Kent!
Our family of three had a great experience at Chili’s Midlothian tonight, thanks to our server, Malachi, who, by the way, looked very much like Clark Kent that I couldn’t wait to tell him! From the moment we sat down, Malachi was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly attentive. He made sure our food came out looking great, kept our drinks filled, and checked on us throughout our meal. Beyond the great service, we really enjoyed talking with him. He has such a friendly personality and made our family feel genuinely welcomed rather than like just another table. Malachi not only looked like Clark Kent, but his customer service was definitely Superman level!
Thank you, Malachi, for making our dinner such an enjoyable experience. Chili’s has a super employee on its hands!

“Triple Dipper is still the best deal on the menu
Ordered the Triple Dipper and picked the Crispy Chicken Crispers, Southwestern Eggrolls, and Mozzarella Sticks. Everything came out hot and fast, and the plate is big enough to split as a meal for two.
The Crispers were the best part. The breading stayed crunchy all the way through, and the honey mustard is the right pairing. The eggrolls had a good filling and the avocado ranch is worth asking for extra. The mozzarella sticks were solid, though nothing special. Cheese pulled the way it should, and the marinara was fine.
Portions were generous for the price. Pairing it with a drink and a side gets you full without spending much.
My server was quick with refills and checked on us at the right times. The dining room was loud on a busy night, so plan on raising your voice a little.
I'd take off one star because the mozzarella sticks were the weakest pick and the sauces run out fast. Order extra dips if you care about that. Next time I'm swapping in the Skillet Queso.
Good value, good food, and I'll be back.“
