“Vegan or not, if you’re looking for some amazing Texas-BBQ, then look no further than Mission Burger Co. Coming from California, I’ve been spoiled with my choices for delicious vegan food. Who would have thought Texas would be able to deliver something, not just on par, but exceeding vegan Cali standards. I ordered the BBQ brisket plate and let me tell you, I was blown away. The brisket was smoky, flavorful, and had that meaty texture down to perfection. I never would have guessed it was mushroom! The sides of coleslaw and mac n’ cheese were equally delicious. Of course, vegan cheese still has a little way to go before it’s able to fool dairy lovers, but it the side dish still was ooey, gooey, and went perfectly with that smoky brisket. The owner was super nice as well and gave me a vegan chocolate chip cookie and some of the creamiest vegan vanilla soft serve you can find. All in all, Mission Burger Co. is a solid 5 stars.“

“Thanks so much for excellent customer service and food, especially on short notice, big, pick up ‘Sunday @11a’ order for my daughter’s 16 birthday party with 18 friends! I ordered three fundido family packs (chicken, steak and shrimp) with rice and beans and two large quesos and guacs with chips.
Feedback from daughter was that food was a hit overall and only negative was that needed more rice, because some wanted seconds. I should have known to thrown in an extra rice and/or ask for more generous portion to balance with rest of meal. Anyway, thanks so much for everything!

“This is the best Mediterranean food truck in Austin! We got the falafel plate and the G Bob’s platter that included a taste of everything - chicken shawarma, beef shawarma, Gyro, and falafel on a bed of rice. Everything was authentic, fresh, and so tasty!

“We loved the food here! The burgers were so flavorful and juicy. The corn dog on the kids menu was a nice big size my niece took half of hers home in her cool car carrier that the kids meals arrive in. The service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere was awesome. We played oversized Jenga outside on the patio and had a blast!! Kids can run around in the open area out back. Loved everything about this place! Will definitely return and for sure recommend.“

Hands-down the best hamburger I’ve ever had better than shake shack better than In-N-Out. It’s better than just about any other place I’ve ever had. The carne asada was great, the pastor tacos with the fresh pineapple lived up to having pastor in the name, and the quesabirria tacos had us wishing we got more. The cashier Donte greeted us with a friendly smile and made sure he had our order in correctly; he even checked to see if we were enjoying everything as he passed our table while making sure the dining room stayed clean! I have been going to Chick-fil-A since the 80s. And I've enjoyed your food for so long. But lately most of your employees just throw the food together. But after a few times that I have been upset how my food came out, I've talked to the manager Erica I explained to her how I like the pickles on a sandwich. Because every bite, whether it's a Chick-fil-A or a hamburger. Every bite should get a pickle down to the last bite. I understand that it's a fast food restaurant, but back in the 80s.When I used to work at a hamburger place and we were busy.We still manage to put a pickle in every corner.A square so that everybody gets a bite of a pickle. I stopped eating inside chick. Fil a for a while until this Saturday the 16th I went there and Erica was there and I asked her if I can have. My combo with an extra Patty with 4 pickles on the bottom, 4 pickled in the middle and 4 pickle on top of the chicken. And my French fries or waffle. Fries salted because I hate ketchup. She made sure that my order was properly correct and when She brought my order to me.She asked the taste of Waffle fries and they were perfectly salted and my sandwich Was made perfect even until the last bite even had a pickle. On that last bite, the sandwich was still hot with a pickle..Thank You For having such a caring Manager like Erica to make me feel good about eating good at Chick-fil-A.“

“I grew up with Long John Silver's , back where all the employees wore pirate hats with a ring attached to resemble a pirate's earring.
We love the LJS here on Cameron.
About 3 months ago a driver hit the back corner of their building and did some major damage. The time estimate to repair and re-open was 1 month. Of course we know with new inspections and all they finally were able to open after 3 months.

This Long John Silver's/A&W rootbeer burgers and more is fantastic. We also enjoyed it and we finally made it back around and got to eat there again.

This is a "standard" for us. They have come a long way. There are healthier choices...it's not all fried. And new selections as well.
The staff has been and was today so very helpful and service was A+++!

So come on Mueller, Windsor Park, and all others and let's help them by go0ing by and giving them a "new" try.

Maybe we will see ya there.

“They have two entirely Vegan Tacos. I had one of each, and they are both delicious and satisfying. Next time I want to get the Vegetarian ones without cheese.

One was super unique: it contained sweet potatoes among other things. It was a lovely taco, so I'm now in favor of sweet potato tacos.

Their jalapeno salsa is great too. It looks creamy, so I feared they added some dairy to it; the cashier reassured me it was oil, which is another example of their culinary unique brilliance, since it made the salsa rock.

“Me & my husband came to DQ tonight around 8:30 8/8 we just moved to Austin and have been trying new places . Although my husband asked for no onions on his burger and still got them .. Gabby that was working the drive through made our trip worth while , she was such a sweetheart, she greeted us with the biggest smile & the most uplifting attitude . Her customer service is top 10!! “I had a quick stop at Weirdo and tried their chicken and beef sandwiches. The chicken is crispy and juicy, topped with fresh veggies and creamy sauce, while the beef is tender, smoky, and loaded with caramelized onions and melted cheese. The fries are perfectly crispy and golden!

The friendly staff and clean, inviting atmosphere make the experience even better. This combo is a delicious treat that definitely satisfies your cravings!

“Nivea was awesome, as was everyone who works here. We drove in from out of town for a surprise birthday party for our teenagers. A&W/LJS was so accommodating and kind to them. There was great selection for everyone. The only slight drawback was that the fish tacos were quite different than normal, i.e, large fish filets in flour tortillas, but the fish filets are delicious, as are burgers and floats!

“I discovered this place a long time ago and hadn't been there in since before the pandemic. My mistake!They have some of the absolute best sandwiches and prepared meals you're going to find in Austin. No joke!It's a casual little deli with not a ton of seating. Show up at lunchtime and you'll have a long line because the regulars know this place and come back often.The sandwich selection is nice and they'll customize any sandwich anyway you want it. I had one of the best chicken salad sandwiches I've ever eaten there today. There's a nice selection of breads and additions.They have all sorts of great prepared meals like chicken pot pie, King Ranch casserole. They also make really excellent empanadas. I brought home a chicken pot pie empanada to have for dinner today.Least I forget, there's incredible baking going on there. They have the best chocolate eclairs I've eaten in Austin. Many other homemade right there desserts. Unfortunately I don't eat sugar anymore, so I can just stare at them with desire.Try this little, hidden gem, you will not be sorry!“

“I'm not embarrassed to say that the baristas came to know my order and name over the course of my four years in Austin. The baristas are super cool and friendly, and it feels like a family. The setting and location are perfect, and of course there's no other drink like the Iced Turbo. I have often returned to Texas and made sure to stay at the Hotel San Jose so that I can be steps away from my favorite coffee spot.
