“I have to shout out The Pickled Carrot for thier vegan (and allergy) friendly options and their customer service. I ordered a Bahn Mi sandwich with pork, and did not realize it had an aioli until after I took a bite. I have an egg allergy (thankfully not anaphylactic!), so I approached the truck and explained my mistake. I was willing to pay for another sandwich for my own mistake. The guy said it was no problem to make another one, AND they had a vegan garlic aioli as well that I could have. The sandwich was 10/10 perfection. I will definitely come back. Thank you so much for having vegan and allergy friendly options and kind enough to fix a customer’s mistake.“

The service was exceptionally fast, and our food arrived in no time at all. The pho itself was phenomenal, with a rich, flavorful broth and perfectly cooked noodles, topped with fresh herbs and slices of jalapeño.
