“The service from i think who is the owner is phenomenal. I went with a 20 person walk in party and they were quick in dishing out our meals. The owner/cook thought that the chicken breast in a couple of the sandwiches were on the smaller side (we the consumers could not tell) and they ended up giving each one of the "smaller" patties a second fried up chicken breast.“

“Awesome service and delicious food. Staff came by to check on me and make sure food was good. What really made this review 5 stars for me was when I left the lady that brought me my food said “have a great day miss Jennifer and come back and see us” that was amazing she remembered my name and called me by name. “Found Kincaid's by searching on google for a good burger place and Kincaid's fit the bill. My Bacon Cheeseburger was delicious as well as the onion rings. Topped it off with an Dreamsicle shake! Definitely would recommend to anyone!“

“1st time review.... Upon arriving at Chapps Burger, I noticed the place was quite spacious, giving off an impression of being a bustling spot. I decided to try their Turkey Burger with onion rings, accompanied by a side of ranch dressing. The burger was well-toasted, and I truly appreciated how the onions and cheese melded together beautifully. That fresh tomato added a nice touch. The generous trays they provide are great for keeping your eating area organized, which I found helpful.

I also picked up two pies: a buttermilk and a cream cheese pecan. Both desserts were satisfying, and the drinks complemented the meal well. As for cleanliness, I'd give them a 4.5 out of 5. There were a few areas that could have used a bit more attention, but overall, it wasn't a deal-breaker. The wait time was reasonable, and my wife had a pleasant experience using the facilities – no issues there.

Initially, I would've rated them a solid 4.5, but seeing how the staff consistently cleaned and maintained the environment as i sat eating, bumped my rating up to a 4.8 out of 5. Overall, Chapps Burger is a worthy spot for a quick bite. Salute to Chapps Burgers! ?“

“It was just two friends having dinner and catching up. Our waiter was Sergio. This guy was so fun. He checked on us on a regular basis but also chatted and laughed with us. The food was great. It was 6:00 on a Friday night and we were seated immediately.“

“Been eating here for almost every day for a little over a year now, literally have never had a single bad experience. As soon as you walk in they immediately greet you with a friendly hello. Feel like a hot lunch? Always got 2 options. The burgers are good, the salads are amazing especially the chicken pasta salad. The j’s panini can honestly compete with 90% of restaurants for the price, not to mention the gas station size drink selection. Wonderful service, wonderful people, and wonderful food!!!“

“Food: five stars. The number three is the best in DFW period. I ask friends and co-workers who say they’re going to chick fil a if they’ve heard of this place and answer is always no. Once you experience the number three with everything on it along with the cajun fries you realize this place owns the chicken sandwich.

Service: five stars. You’re issued a number which is called promptly when your order is complete. Take out is good but the dine in is awesome when consumed right away.

Atmosphere: five stars.The owner owns most of the food establishments in this parking area and it shows. The establishment have a lot pride and are kept clean.“

I had the jalapeño grits with my meal and they were really delicious. This was our first time to come to J. Macklin’s for brunch and I look forward to our next visit. Our server was Cameron. “As recent residents of Texas who are originally from Buffalo, NY finding out there was a Duffs near us was truly amazing. The food is SPOT ON to the locations back home, especially that sauce which is so hard to duplicate. The whole atmosphere was a taste of home and I can’t want to continue to go back!!“

“I would never thought Airport food is good because they're there to serve you once and never see you again, so the food can be bad and you still have to pay more.
On the way from SJ to Huntsville, Alabama, I had to lay over to Dallas Fort Worth Airport and on the way to the tramp, I saw this restaurant and they're actually cooking burgers with smokes and everything. So I stopped by to get a quick bite. Ordered a Truffle Mushroom Double and had to wait for a good 5 minutes because they're cooking mine in real time. Not microwave pre-cooked food.
Anyhow, it's one of the best burgers I've had, hot, juicy, cheese actually melted on the meat with real mushrooms sauté.
This is actually a new and surprised experience with Airport restaurant. If I ever get to lay over here again, I'll definitely come here for this truffle mushroom burger and may be have some time for fries.“

The food is OK as any other burger joint so if people don't cone for the food they come for the atmosphere but it falls a bit short in both. Staff are great though.“

HUGE filling burger, I usually do whatatburger because of the size of the burgers but this was the same size or bigger. Thick fries, could hardly finish it which is NEVER a problem. Would definitely recommend. The jalapeño spread at the bottom is pretty spicy which was a very nice kick!“

“Amazing find. Stopped in because we were famished. We got 3 burgers Bonsai, Tommy, and Kids Burger. Chili fries and French fries. There was no line, the food came out in less than five minutes, it was hot and fresh. The bread was soft tosted with flavor, and the meat was bigger than the bread. It was juicy, tendered, and seasoned. The fries were hot and crispy. I just needed to add a little salt. Had special sodas at the fountain drinks which were good. Three burger meals for $48, great value proposition. Staff extremely nice, clean place and good family friendly atmosphere. Will go back.

“Food was fresh, plentiful and tasty. Service was good and I was offered 2 delicious sauces/salsa to try. Unfortunately, all one use plastic & styrofoam although we ate inside the restaurant. Covered balcony patio adjacent to the water, would’ve been nice, but had an off putting smell - possibly because it was being cleaned. Inside offered nice view to water (Lake Carolyn). Recommend walking around the lake afterwards - nice walking surface peaceful, and always a nice view.“
