I got the Western Bacon BBQ burger meal with skinny fries, and the burger was so delicious, I told the cooks that they put BOTH feet into it, ensuring it was more delicious than I expected. My love had the turkey burger meal with skinny fries and really enjoyed it, even recommending I try it next time we return. Great customer service all around!“

“The Burgers here are greattt!! my wife had a turkey burger and i had a beef. we both agree that the quality and tastefulness desserves 5 stars. The fries are about 4 stars. this is a great place if your looking for something fast but one or 2 notches above general fast foods mcdonalds & wendys. Theres a kids menu that our child ate and he usually pretty picky about food. so this place is kid-friendly and family orientated. The spacing is nice so you dont here others conversations and vice verse. I also saw a couple of people in a business meeting; so that means its business friendly to. Lastly the customer service is straight to the point with smiles and following instructions promptly. Once you order they bring your food to your table and they clean your table for you. so dont forget to leave a cleaning tip although you may not recieve service from a waitor or waitress“

“I’ve eaten here quite a few times and I have never been disappointed. Today I ordered chicken strips to go. My food was lukewarm. The tenders were about as wide as my index finger and tough. Definitely not the best. I guess I’ll stick to the burger.“

I ordered the Mi Amigo Omelette with hash browns and sourdough toast😏 Delicious 🤤 coffee was on point very good. The atmosphere was good as well. Pricing was decent spent about $50 meals were around $10/$15 range and found something really good to add to our orders. The Hot Sauce was the best! Bought two bottles to take home and will most likely need more😁 in time. We came from Springfield, Mo and it definitely made us feel like home. Thank you and we will be back next trip😉“

The menu says they have game meat available but I didn't try this time but I will next time! All their meat is purchased from local farms. Idk, I loved everything about this place and the atmosphere they provide. Definitely a 10/10“

I ordered the Double Jungle Burger with an added twist; Philly cheesesteak on top. Basically turned it into a Triple Threat, and it was amazing.

Got it with sweet potato fries and a large drink. I completely cleaned my plate; everything was hot, fresh, and full of flavor.

The lobby was empty, which honestly surprised me… because this place used to be the go-to spot for burgers.

DFW!! y’all are sleeping on Burger Island.
It’s still one of the BEST burger joints in the metroplex. Solid portions, wild flavor combos, and super underrated.

“ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT! After many years finally decided to check it out, got the #1 Norteña Burger. Couldn't have been more delicious. HUGE filling burger, I usually do whatatburger because of the size of the burgers but this was the same size or bigger. Thick fries, could hardly finish it which is NEVER a problem. Would definitely recommend. The jalapeño spread at the bottom is pretty spicy which was a very nice kick!“

“My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed brunch today to celebrate Valentine’s Day. My husband had the Texan Omelette and a biscuit on the side and I had the Southern Benny. Both dishes were outstanding. I had the jalapeño grits with my meal and they were really delicious. This was our first time to come to J. Macklin’s for brunch and I look forward to our next visit. Our server was Cameron. “Some of the best wings that Ive ever had. Our waitress, Mariah, was super friendly and helpful due to it being our first time there. We were able to try some of the sauces first to test the heat level. We had hot, blazing, bbq, hot honey (tasted more like Hawaiian to me), and spicy dill (with hot as a base). We had the honey and blazing bbq finished on the grill (carmelizing them).“
