“My sister and I are from Australia we had just got off our 15 hour flight. We were looking for a feed and thought we might stop in at subway. There was two guys working that evening and as people who have never gotten subway, they were super helpful. They were very friendly and patient. Having a joke with us. At the end of our trip over in America and Canada we came back to Dallas Airport to fly home. My sister and I thought why don’t we see if those guys were working again. Sure enough they were and they recognised us when we came over. We don’t know their names but it says a lot about their customer service if we wanted to come back just to get served by them again. I’m sure they would remember us if this was read out.

“When entering the establishment I was greeted by three attendants behind counter. They all had welcoming smiles and was ready to assist with the menu. The customer was very inviting. I love the atmosphere. The restrooms were clean and so we're the tables. The food was good; however, the classic chicken salad was a little dry. Otherwise I had a fantastic visit. You all should stop by.“

“This location is amazing. We were originally going to a different location but couldnt and came here last minute. We were helped by both Johnathan and Aydin who both did such an amazing job helping us and were both very patient with us. We are so grateful for them.

“This was a really nicely remodeled location and I was impressed how they made it such a warm, welcoming and comfortable ambiance.

The employees were nice and seemed to keep the place very clean. I personally witnessed them using their time in between customers to clean and make things orderly.

We had two sandwiches and for some reason they are quite bland. They need some flavored sauces or something to go on it to add a little kick. The ambiance has a retro feel and I love how they have in the bottle soft drinks like orange crush. It's great nostalgia.“

Idk why some people say employees are rude but most of the time I have noticed that it’s the customers who behave in that way. They scream and shout at them even when they reply politely. If you are looking for good and clean subway you should come here.“
