“EDIT: Good to know that 5 YEARS after this post, this is still the worst Sonic on the planet! Garbage staff, garbage management, inedible food.. No, I didn't go back, just had a friend tell me how terrible this location is. I referred him to this post from 5 years ago.. Bulldoze this location, please.. Worst Sonic i have ever been to. Keep trying to give them a chance... Food is always awful, wait is always rediculous...i feel sorry for the carhops, because they are pretty nice. The cooks SUUUUCCK so bad. Management...fire your whole kitchen staff, and start over...they are terrible, terrible, terrible...it is obvious they care nothing for the quality of product they serve. Everything is AWFUL...EVERY. TIME. I. HAVE. TRIED... This is the last time...never again...i hope this location closes...it ruins the Sonic name...and I feel bad for the future of the kids that work there...they care nothing about their jobs, and the awful food quality shows their lack of work ethic...goood luck....“

“I used to hate coming to this Sonic because they were EXTREMELY slow & always messes up the food. But today, being it was one of the only places open after Hurricane Beryl, we had to come here. I don't know what they did, if it's new management or what, but the service was EXCELLENT today!! Super sweet girls that brought our food out & the food was impressive!“

“Had the pleasure of going there with my son and Linda and Lisa were soooo nice. They let us try the custard Ice cream Mango, Strawberry and Rasberry Pistachio were to die for!! Great service!! Highly recommended!! I’m from FL and 2 hours away from were we were staying and it was worth the drive and Lisa even gave me ideas to visit in Gavelston while we visited Texas. Will return soon. “The absolute best ice cream I’ve ever had. My fiancé and I are on keto, so we got the keto banana ice cream. I’d suggest leaving it out for 20-30 minutes. It has the BEST texture and flavor! I have also tried the lavender and blueberry cheesecake ice cream, and the lavender is hands down the best ice cream I’ve ever had in my life. The owners are incredibly kind, and very knowledgeable about their ice cream. I also noticed when my daughter (3) had her blueberry cheesecake ice cream, she didn’t act totally nuts like she usually does with sugar. Love it!!!“

“We went to Baskin Robbins two days ago with our group—three kids and my parents—and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and patient, even while we all picked our flavors, and the ice cream tasted fresh and delicious. The shop was clean, our orders were right, and everyone left happy.

The only thing I’d improve is having a little more seating inside for larger families or groups like ours, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker at all. Overall, an awesome visit and we’ll definitely be back!“

I was so happy to see so many people in there (it was only 8 people in there + me), but it felt nice to know they were getting business. The three people I saw tonight did their job man. “Our trip in with our school children of 13 today was fabulous! We learned about how to create the ice cream from the cream to the machine to the storage process and into our tummies. It was so yummy. We also learned how to bake great American cookies decorate them and get them out to customers who are looking for a fabulous birthday treat! The owners were warm and inviting and so friendly! It by far was one of our best field trips!“
