“I had an amazing experience here, especially thanks to the owner who personally helped me. From the moment I walked in, they were super hospitable and made me feel genuinely welcome. It was actually my birthday, and they went above and beyond to make it special.

The sandwich was honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time. You can tell they really care about quality and customer experience. The service and attitude were top tier the whole time.

My husband is a vegetarian and after years of looking for a vegetarian hoagie- we found you ❤️ We almost never grab “fast food”, but gave y’all a try. LIFE CHANGING. I am not exaggerating. I’ve gone from cooking every night for my husband , but now he asks me to hit JM’s. The Portobello hot one is his fav. Oddly enough, being from Philly, I love the Philly Cheesesteak. Only thing that would make it PERFECT is an Amoroso bun. But, that won’t stop me. A young man named Aiden makes the best! “Placed an order on the app and it was ready immediately. The food was delicious as always and made how it was asked. That may seem like a small task but I order a CRAZY sub with some weird instructions and they absolutely KILLED it.

“I come to this subway location at least two times per week. The manager and staff here are friendly and courteous in serving me my protein bowl every time I come in. I recommend this location in Elsa, Texas if you want fast and friendly service.“

“Been here a few times and service have been good. BUT when a guy manager with glasses amd tattoos is behind the cashier, he acts rude, makes excuses every time. Been wanting to give a second chance but this is thw last one. So long Alamo subway unless they remove him and out someone with good morals. Not recommended when he around. He will make your day bad.“

“I choose to drive to this location for Subways because it is the one in town that always is the best. Having said that something has changed and I am hoping they work it out soon. The restaurant is clean, the staff is pretty friendly, but ordering outside at the kiosk is kind of wonky at best. If you make a mistake you just have to live with it because once you pull up the staff doesn't come and greet you immediately. I really hope they read this and check in more readily. I needed to switch a veggie and had to just deal with it and go home and make the change there. I have always loved this location and all the staff here, but like I said something has changed. Maybe it's just me, but unfortunately I will be taking a break from Subways and we used to go 2-3 times a week.“
