“I love this place , I come here every week , my only problem is one of the managers closed before actual closing hours after I had a long day of work I decided I wanted to come here so I googled to see what time they close so I wouldn't walk up there in 105 degrees heat for nothing. Well that ended up happening anyway the young ladies excuse was it was slow . Like at that point wouldn't you want my money . I was highly disappointed. Overall still a great place I just think having that type of mentality is bad for business. I arrived at 6:30pm on 7/21/26 Greatly after this review, the response was quick 7/22/26 10:35 am and the matter was resolved this is a very good business and I still love the food here so of course I'll be back“

“I stopped by First Watch for the first time to have brunch. I ended up ordering the Italian Poblano sausage skillet with scrambled eggs. It came with a side of mixed fruit and multigrain toast and jam. I was feeling adventurous, so I got a mimosa. The skillet was hot and fresh, and a nice sized serving… and the mimosa had me feeling mighty fine. ☺️ I will be returning to try some of their other menu items. I recommend this spot.“

Their team served our guests for the entirety of our reception and kept the energy up on our dance floor! Jennifer and her team even upgraded our cart at no extra cost. “Today I visited Hardwood location & it was the best customer service I have received in a while. I work in the food industry & I pay attention to everything. Cat was the manager on duty today & handled the lunch rush with complete poise. The team was working together so well, communicating, assisting customers & did all of it with a smile on their face, which I know can be difficult during rush. “I walked in not knowing what to expect and I was greeted with the most amazing team! They introduced themselves and told us what they were about and the services they provided. Ebony was the life of the party! She was extremely helpful and persuasive about capital one and their services as well as their cafe products!!“

“It's def quieter during the later portion of the week than it prob should, but it's def not in part of the food. $1 Tacos if you dine in, and they come with guacamole, salsa, and other toppings complimentary. They have bottle service and a nice setup to keep the party going, with a patio overlooking one of the busy streets on the block!“

“We have visited NS multiple times. This is our favorite location for NS. It was not full when we arrived but filled up quickly once we sat down. Our waiter Nemo(?) was great. Gave us the low down on the specials and answered queries. Service was top notch. Drinks were very good. Food is always wonderful and last night was no different. I particularly enjoyed the sausage potato soup, surprisingly good. Overall a great experience, we will be back.“

It was kind of a weird setup: you pay first and they don't have wait staff anymore. but everybody was very friendly. There was a minor issue but the manager took care of it and I was happy.
