“Sandwich was fresh and tasty and made to my liking. However, customer service might be improved with a friendly greetimg and smile. When I arrived I wasn't greeted or asked for what I'd like. The young man just kind of blankly looked at me, expecting me to provide my order. Then, after paying for my meal the young lady just provided my food without a thank you or have a nice evening. Normally this wouldn't bother me but in a world where people expect friendly service, this is just the wrong attitude. The sandwich again was good. But Subway either needs to improve customer service training or pay their workers more as employee morale seems to be low 🤔“

I ordered the Ultimate Italian with a side of pesto, and let me just say—this was hands down one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time from this brand.

Subway is the fresh, healthy food that you want to buy Once you walk in, you know that you're going to eat freshly baked on-site bread, as well as every single item that you put on your sandwich; the lettuce is fresh, the tomatoes are fresh you get to pick what you're going to put in your sandwich whether you like it toasted what kind of cheese you want in your sandwich, the dressing it's incredible and healthy, you can buy a sandwich for yourself, or you can buy a sandwich for your whole company, they have a sandwich that it's so huge it's for a party ask the manager, and they will make it for you.

“First time eating here since the grand opening and I must say it was a very very pleasant experience. I ordered a #44 and a MHI and when it was time to eat it was so enjoyable and flavorful. Hot fresh and made to order. I had no complaints. Portions size was perfect.
The music was not my choice but it was not overwhelming. Also loved see Naruto on the screen. Seems to make the store more inviting. Store was clean and free of any debris on the floor or tables. Bathrooms were stocked and usable. I wish I could have looked at the boh but I’m sure it was clean. I did have one issue but not from the crew more of a design/ management issue: as a former food industry employee the worst thing you can do is stand me infront of an open kitchen and have me work in front of the customers but to the. Force me to eat in the lobby and have people stare at me while they wait for there food as if I’m being lazy when in reality the manager forced me on break to save labor. Smh. They deserve to eat and take a break with some privacy. Rant over lol.

Before I conclude this review I want to give a personal shout out to the Shift leader on duty tonight around 6pm on feb. 11 2026. I forgot her name but she is a very special individual and she should be proud of herself. If you are reading this I know this will not get you a raise but keep your integrity about you and you will go far. I would go into great detail but she is a wonderful person. “I went today and there was a group of people that walked in right before me. I was worried I would be there a while but the staff was on it. They had a great system going and the girl taking the order to start the line handled herself very well. Didn't get flustered, wasn't rude, and set the pace and tone for the rest of the staff. Give that girl a raise, that line went quick. ☺️“

“The young girl (do not care about her name) with the braces needs to be fired for her rude remarks. It's a shame that I have to stand being a target for being ridiculed/hazed for walking around the campus, but I expected better business than that. Another employee was just ringing up my food when he mistakenly addressed me as ”sir” by a mistake. When I happily left and wished them a happy rest of the day, she replied (with a smirk remark)to the kind gentleman that ringed up my food: ”you know that’s a man, right”. I'm more certain I am what my birth certificate says, I'm definitely not the other, or going through any transition of any sort. I can't help the condition I was given at birth, but she can due with more training so she’ll know what’s supposed to come out of her mouth.“

“Okay, it's subway. Some are better than other. The service might have been better if there had been more than one girl working. She was not very friendly and didn't smile once. Now the good, the sandwich and wraps were good and fresh. The rest was not good. The foot long pretzel and foot long churro was so bad. They were stall hard and had weird after taste. They must of been old and shouldn't have been sold.“
