I left my purse on the chair & didn’t realize until I was home, I called to see if it was still there on my way over. A young lady immediately said let me ask them, in a minute she comes back and says no they didn’t find a purse but didn’t let me explain where and put me on hold, the call failed and I called back and a manager picked up and explained to her I was on the phone waiting to explain where and she more experienced asked where I was sitting exactly and looked and came back to ask me a couple questions about how my purse looked just to make sure it was mine. I just want to recognize how she handled it all, she was great & I appreciate it.“

“I was genuinely impressed with my recent visit. Javier, Jess, and Elisha did a phenomenal job greeting me and taking my order with professionalism and friendliness. I ordered the Ultimate Italian with a side of pesto, and let me just say—this was hands down one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time from this brand.

Every element of the sandwich was spot on. It had the perfect balance of oil and seasoning, and the meats were cooked to a delicious crisp without being overdone. You could tell real care went into crafting it—it was as if magic happened during its preparation.

As someone who has worked in professional kitchens, I have a deep appreciation for quality and execution, and this sandwich exceeded my expectations. The bun was great, golden and crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. The meat was pretty good quality.
It was a little heavy on the mayo for my taste, it covered the flavour of the meat a little, plus the mustard should have been more fowarded than the mayo. Otherwise, a pretty good sandwhich.“

“The young girl (do not care about her name) with the braces needs to be fired for her rude remarks. It's a shame that I have to stand being a target for being ridiculed/hazed for walking around the campus, but I expected better business than that. Another employee was just ringing up my food when he mistakenly addressed me as ”sir” by a mistake. When I happily left and wished them a happy rest of the day, she replied (with a smirk remark)to the kind gentleman that ringed up my food: ”you know that’s a man, right”. I'm more certain I am what my birth certificate says, I'm definitely not the other, or going through any transition of any sort. I can't help the condition I was given at birth, but she can due with more training so she’ll know what’s supposed to come out of her mouth.“

They had a great system going and the girl taking the order to start the line handled herself very well. Didn't get flustered, wasn't rude, and set the pace and tone for the rest of the staff.
